With the train speeding steadily to your destination and with each of you having a one-way ticket, you need to escape the train within 60 minutes, or it will be your last train ride. Anyone under our age restrictions will not be admitted and NO REFUND will be given. Children CAN NOT be left unattended in the lobby. Maze Rooms has a 24 hour cancellation policy. There is no refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or in case of no-show. No changes to a reservation will be made within 12 hours of the scheduled game start time. No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 24 or more hours in advance. To cancel the game or change booking time, please call +1 (310) 595 28 81. Same day bookings: This bookings are non-transferable. No refunds or reschedule will be made if you miss your scheduled game. No exceptions. Tickets are transferable, so if you are unable to come you can transfer your ticket to a friend, they just need to bring a booking confirmation with them. Players MUST arrive 15 minutes before the reserved time. There are waivers and instructions that must be given. All games start on time, as we are working according to the strict schedule. If you are late the game will start without you and no refund will be given. Players can not enter or exit a game once it has already started.
