An eccentric professor is famous for his world travels and vast collection of amazing oddities from far-away lands. It’s even rumored that some of the artifacts possess mystical powers that can cure sadness in anyone. Many people have tried to get access to this collection with little success and some have even disappeared without a trace. You and your team of archeologists would do anything to obtain these treasures and decided to break into the professor’s mystical manor. You have one hour to secure the items before the professor and his staff return. Be careful while exploring as you could set off an enchantment inside the manor. Good luck…you’ll need it once inside Professor Whippleton’s Manor!

The room and puzzles were really cool, definitely some unique ones. With the open floor plan we heard the other game going on and it was pretty noisy. There were a few technical difficulties, but overall a positive experience.

Small but immersive. Nice props and good storyline.

Note: The rooms at Oscars Playground are part of Escape Room 831 ~~ I enjoyed this room. It had a variety of puzzles that were all fun to solve. However some parts that ought to be linear are not, so we ended up triggering the introductory voice line about halfway through our experience. Overall a solid room and solid experience. We had two people but I think three or four would work as well.

This is a cool room with a great aesthetic! I liked the mix of mechanical and high tech puzzles. Would definitely recommend. Shoutout to Barrie and Colin for making the experience great!!

Overall we enjoyed the room, but there are some things that could improve. The story wasn't really linear, so we solved a few puzzles before triggering one that explained the premise of the plot... which we'd already gotten from the intro video. We also accidentally solved the end puzzle with 17 minutes to go, then circled back to finish the ones we'd skipped. The open floor plan was a little tricky, since we could hear people in the room next door, and that made the plot dev recordings a little hard to hear. I also wish there was a lighting effect that would trigger with an opening box to highlight where to go next. Even with these notes, it was a fun way to spend an hour. Best played with 3 people, I think, but very doable with 2.

A good variety of puzzles and it’s always a plus when some props move on their own! We enjoyed the gameplay :)

This game was really fun. My husband and I have done quite a few rooms have have gotten to the point of being disappointed leaving most for being underwhelmed or escaping too fast. This room was refreshing, exciting, and nicely decorated.

This room was very fun and loved the variety of puzzles.

Super fun room! Lots of cool effects and just fun overall! I would recommend going at less popular times. We went during Presidents’ Day weekend and because of the lack of ceilings the noise level was SUPER distracting. I would say this is my favorite room of the four we played this weekend even with the noise issues.

Loved the overall atmosphere of the room. Not exactly scary, but a creepy/kooky kind of feel. Some very fun puzzles.
