This is a really solid room (esp. for PGH), and also the worst room they have. A lot of time spent doing fairly grind-y puzzles. If you’re doing multiple rooms here, skip this.

Personally if going to this location I would recommend a different room over this one. While it can still be an okay experience, this one had lots of items that were never used and had small font in a dark room as part of multi part puzzles making it complicated to complete without every member playing a role but also made it very difficult for some team members to see or help especially with only one flashlight

The puzzles were interesting and different, however most were heavily towards the final room and not spread nicely throughout leaving things feeling rushed.

While the general setting was cool the room was dark and writing was all very small. There is only one flashlight for the group to split which is not enough to see
Customer service
Generally the staff was very nice, however when asking for clues they would read directly from an instruction sheet rather than just answering a question. Also sometimes we were given incorrect terms that did not match the words we were seeing and served only to confuse and frustrate us

This game was a fun challenge. This company does a fantastic job of creating multi room escapes that feel layered and worth it.

Large spacious room that did a great job of tying into a local theme and the aesthetics a repurposed bank vault. Game master was attentive and gave a couple welcomed nudges. Really appreciated some of the mechanisms used including almost no key/combination locks so puzzles were a bit more intellectual puzzle solving.

This place was great. We loved all 3 rooms. Immersive, great decor, followed the storyline, etc. Gen 2 style games. Would absolutely go back!
