The Mission Bunker is only my second escape room experience, so I'll preface this by saying that I'm far from an expert. Set dressing was excellent, and nearly everything from the fake missile to the wooden surplus crates to the bunks and uniforms was super well realized. They also did an excellent job of making the physical space reflect the reality of a cramped bunker - having to step over the door to get in, the low ceilings, the big chunky door. It all works great. My main gripe here has to do with the puzzles - the puzzle design (with only a few exceptions) mostly involved finding codes and keys to unlock locks, and I would have liked to see some more variety in the puzzle design. There was no great "aha" moment, and the final moment where you got to disarm the nuke at the end of the room was a bit of an anticlimax - some more dramatic sound design or lighting choices would have gone a long way towards enhancing the mood.

One puzzle element includes a blacklight which didn't work - we had to swap it with another one that the GM came in to give us.

While the decor was impressive and the set quite immersive, the game play was not very fun and left my group feeling frustrated and stuck much more often than satisfied and successful. Faded blacklight paint, tiny sharpie notes, and little keys and wires hidden in frustrating places made some of the puzzles simply impossible to complete under the time constraints (without hints). And what was worse, our game master wasn’t responsive to our requests for help. Sometimes we had to wait several minutes after asking to receive a response. I hate to give a bad review because I love escape rooms so much and appreciate the time and work that goes into creating them. But this room lacked the thrill of the other rooms at this location, and I didn’t feel like the customer service was top-notch. Fortunately their other games are quite good!

We’ve really been impressed with all of the rooms at this location, and we enjoyed this one, too. Their sets are top-notch IMO, and that really enhances the experience for us. The room felt pretty linear and had a good amount of different types of puzzles that kept the two of us busy for almost the whole hour. The countdown timer in the room is not only theme-appropriate but also adds to the sense of urgency. Loved it!
Fantastic room design! You can tell they put a lot of thought and effort into making it immersive. We’ve noticed that a lot of heavily-themed rooms can feel a bit chintzy or cheesy, but this one is top-notch with authentic props and surfaces.

This is a well-rounded room and their hardest at this location. The room does require stairs and parking sucks. The puzzles were solid and logical with plenty to explore in the beginning, then it tapers off as you progress. The set design was nice and very well-lit. Probably best for 3-4 players.

We liked some aspects a lot, but felt stuck several times. Overall our least favorite here, but still worth playing. We made 2nd place on the leader board!

Well decorated room, I don’t understand why there was creepy little girl sound playing in the background but overall good atmosphere. The puzzles are on the easier side and the flow is very linear, so wouldn’t recommend for a big group.

Setting immersion was great though there’s a weird step in the middle of the room that we all kept tripping over. That seemed like an odd choice. We did this with a group of 4 and that seemed fine. The ending was kind of anticlimactic and would have appreciated more of a “finale” but the puzzles were entertaining. There were a couple that weren’t working super well which was frustrating but well enough that it worked with a lot of effort.

Clues can be quite obscure to find and you have to be a fan of opening a bunch of number and letter locks. Some of the props did not work when activated leading to trust issues throughout the gameplay. The room was too dark and only flashlight was provided so multitasking with a group is very difficult.
The storyline was not clear and moving through the clues was artificially difficult
Props were all nice but the room was too dark with only one flashlight leading to a lot of single threaded discovery since only one person had the flashlight

Our group loved the missile bunker escape game! It was very immersive, the puzzles were challenging, and the game master was so friendly. We felt like the room flowed in a way where it was challenging but not so hard it was impossible!
