Fairly simple room to play, but a good experience for being a small business in a smaller city. Just a few things need a refresh (locks, thumb drives) to allow better ease of use.
Gameplay
Mostly connected linear game. Some of the concepts involve guessing which box the code goes to because you have multiple boxes with a 4-digit code… nothing indicating which box a code goes to.
Atmosphere
Pretty simple design, minimal immersion… things are only there as function.
Customer service
Very young GM - made a lot of excuses for the everything; Team before us arrived late, days are too busy with bookings, she didn’t like her handwriting, one thumb drive was broken and finicky. A lot of unnecessary chatter.

The challenge came from the lack of indication as to what code goes to what prop. A lot of guessing.
