We have done about 30 escape rooms, Second time we visit this escape room and is our least favorite, not because of the rooms but mostly the Staff. We were assisted by Tati. She was not welcoming and lacked communication during the game. She took too long to answer and seen us struggling with puzzles that had already been completed due to special effect malfunctions. Some things lacked the flow of this room. Most likely, we will not return to this escape room because of the bad service we received.
Gameplay
The room had a cool atmosphere, however some of the boxes were already open (due to malfunction) and had us waste time on a long code that in the end didn’t use. The GM seemed like she was not looking because she had us waste time seeing it was already open. Smh

Some of the puzzles and special effects were not working properly. It did not function and our GM seen us struggling with something that Clearly was Malfunctioning and did not step in or help out at all.

Our GM Tati took too long to answer our requests for clues. We took too long to figure out some puzzles because of malfunctioning items within the rooms.

It was a really fun escape room with some interesting puzzles and features! The GM wasn’t really into it which was kind of a bummer and when we asked for clues it took him a while to answer. And it wasn’t clear which locks we needed to unlock vs locks that weren’t part of the game. Overall a really neat room!

My first ever escape room and we didn’t make it out by quite a way. It got us all hooked though as the puzzles were fun and the look of the room was great.

I’ve completed over 70 rooms and I’ve escape all of them here at AEG and they never have disappointed. Set design, puzzle difficulty, immersion are all nailed on the head. The staff are great and the rooms are on the higher difficulty side on International drive. I look forward to their progress and new rooms in the future!
