Welcome to Sciency Things! You've been recruited to perform routine maintenance on our two AI systems, Agatha and Mildred. While running the service, a glitch in the system takes out life support and starts a chain reaction that will end in a global catastrophic event. The only chance to rectify the situation is to perform a factory reset and make it out alive.

While this was a fine game, my main impression is that there wasn't nearly enough content for 5 enthusiasts - it felt like a good section of the game had players standing back with nothing to work on. 2-3 would have been better, and after the game we made the last minute decision to split apart our other bookings into smaller groups. Of the games at Quandary, I liked the interactions in Factory Reset the most - as you might expect from the game themes, Factory Reset felt the highest tech. The set felt a little empty, although this sort of made sense given the scifi vibe they were going for.

At the beginning of the game, as the intro finished, later game audio apparently started playing. It wasn't clear to us this was the case, but a GM ran into the room and paused stuff while they started over.

We didn't have much trouble finding street parking, but I could imagine it being an issue at high traffic times.

Overall we enjoyed the room. We wish the puzzles and clues were laid out in a more linear fashion. A lot of clues for other puzzles were given early on so a lot of time was wasted to decipher what to use first and what correlated with what. Not your typical lock and key type of puzzles, all puzzles were unique and it was a nice switch up just not what we were used to so it threw us for some loops. GMs were fantastic and props/clues were in great condition
