One of the best escape rooms I’ve ever been to! Quality is fantastic, storyline is great, really gets your brain going, employees are top notch. I will ALWAYS recommend this place to anyone!!!

Good room, very slightly easier than the others we did on our visit, but not by much. Room is a little slower to start but picks up. A couple of great puzzles, a few unique ones we haven't seen before. Couple hints required as theres a few components that are a bit more hidden than might need to be. Very busy room otherwise, with lots to do.

the room started out a little slow, but got really good as i progressed, the space was surprisingly large, impressive set design, with good use of props and tech. some puzzles werent entirely diagetic, but the puzzle flow was amazing, puzzles flowed well, very intuitive but still challenging. and the just overall fun to play

Overall the room was very good but not quite as immersive as Wizard of Oz. We had a couple of issues that could be addressed. Need to make sure all of the elements are height accessible without the game master needing to provide an assist. There also was a point where we needed to improvise to redirect an element of the game because the hint did not help us locate the needed piece. The hints themselves need to be reworked. Puzzles were very creative and gameplay was fun.

9/10 13th Hour Escapes just do not miss with their rooms! Going into Trophy Room, we’ve done both their Grand Parlor and Wizard of Oz rooms and we thought there was going to be no chance that Trophy Room would compete with these other two rooms, but wow were we wrong. Yes, the trophy room doesn’t have as massive of a set as the two others, but it is still incredibly immersive with tons to discover! The puzzles were fun and flowed smoothly, the story and design of the room kept us engaged and on our toes throughout! There was one puzzle that our game master had to come in to help fix and explain for us, which did ruin the experience a bit. Without spoiling anything, we really do feel this one could be presented and instructed in a better fashion as there could be so much human error when it comes to it and ruin the whole thing (which happened to us). Would love you talk with some of you guys that have done the room about this! Other than this one hiccup, there is no questioning how amazing Trophy Room is! After 88 games played, this makes our top 5 rooms!!

It was really inclusive and fun, some things were harder to get then others but that's the point.. Conquered the room with 8 minutes left

Thirteenth Hour actually deserves a trophy for the trophy room 🏆 This room was INCREDIBLE. I feel like this is the epitome of how fun and silly Thirteenth Hour is. This room is immersive and the design is kind of unmatched. The props, mechanics, effects were so fun and crazy and kooky. We still talk about this room all the time - it was so fun and not too difficult either!!

Of all the 13th Hour escape rooms, this has to be the best. The storytelling, immersive atmosphere and puzzles are off the charts impressive here. This was one of the last 13th Hour escape rooms Anna and I had completed before checking off every room and it really felt like we unintentionally left the best for last. If you're looking for some of the best of the best, come to 13th Hour. You definitely won't regret it.

Set design, space size, and animatronics were all greeeeat! I mean truly well put together. The different rooms/settings were cool as well, really unique and fun. I also thought it was cool to have no traditional number or letter locks, making every puzzle more unique. I do, however, think some things could’ve flowed better. Also there were some hiccups like at one point a key was supposed to come out of some spot but it got stuck and two workers had to try to get it to work for 5 mins or so. At another part something had to be typed in and I put the same code about 50 million times (ok, maybe 4 times) and it wasn’t working… the worst part was that you couldn’t see it on the screen as you were typing it 😅 Also, the thing about it being a warehouse space is that the voices of people in the escape room next to us echoed into our escape room, but the real problem was so did their hint button noise (and quite clearly). So multiple times we didn’t know if we were getting a hint or them and we’d run into the room where the hints were displayed only to see nothing haha. Could be solved by having hint screens in multiple rooms not just in the first one. If these things were fixed my review would go from “like” to “love.” Still a good experience and worth checking their escape rooms out … especially the Wizard of Oz one!

This escape room was absolutely amazing. Loved every second of it the set was amazing and the clues were unique and really well themed! Everything worked really well and the rooms were so big! Staff was really friendly it was pretty spooky but not scary. Overall 10/10 experience! Ending was also so fun!
