A lovely unique room in terms of being very narrative forward and carries out like a play in certain spots. You play a bit of detective work in terms of figuring out exactly what is going on which is fun. Linear style with a mix of medium/hard puzzles. As others mentioned Rusty Lake is exactly the vibe here with spooky/eerie feeling and many jump scares. A lot of love and care went into the experience and Iβd recommend anyone try the room if they like spooky rooms. However it would have been nice if some story elements were more reinforced or found in discovery as some things we only found out in the after debrief. That didnβt detract from the experience, just a small nitpick while listening to the full story after.
Unique interesting puzzles. Linear flow. On the difficult side but completely fair.
A lot of love has been put into this room and attention to the user experience. The use of lighting, set pieces and live actor made for a very immersive experience from the beginning
Friendly and welcoming. Answered all questions afterwards.

The whole atmosphere and attention to detail for how the participants experience the room was clear and interesting compared to other rooms
I really enjoyed the narrative and pretty much all of the puzzles weaved into the story in some way. Getting the FULL story before the debrief is probably impossible, but thereβs enough to get a decent grasp by the end of whatβs happening
Hard
Mix of medium and hard puzzles, but all fair
High tech
No traditional locks, all sensors and magnets

Had a really good time playing The Storm, so I came back to play this one. If you love playing Rusty Lake, you shouldnβt miss this game. Youβll have the same feeling as when you play that game. It is quite spooky. The blackout, sound effects, and live actor definitely make your heart race. For those easily scared, hold on tight to the bravest person in your group.

I could tell a lot of love was put into this room, and for the most part I enjoyed myself, but there were some places where I found the room missed the mark. THE GOOD π Hooray for 2 player friendly rooms! The scary escape rooms in the GTA that have an NPC require at least 4 people. As someone who prefers to play rooms in a group of 2, it was so great having this option available! I was quite spooked in this room (although I get scared quite easily). The NPC did a good job! I enjoyed the puzzles! The puzzle flow was linear, and the space was on the smaller side, so that is something to keep in mind for larger groups. We had some tech issues where our correct answers wouldnβt register, but luckily it didnβt happen too often. THE MEH π«€ The storytelling could have been MUCH tighter, especially since events in the story are needed to solve some puzzles. Once we did our post game debrief and learned about the end of the narrative, I was confused as to how we were supposed to pick up those convoluted story beats while naturally moving through the game. Our pre game intro and our debrief was delivered through a text-to-speech voice recording, which I found quite jarring. The actual in-game audio narration was great though! This room has multiple endings, but that wasnβt communicated to us until our game was finished. I wish we had known beforehand. All in all, I had a decent time and wouldnβt hesitate to play another room at this company.
