I enjoyed it! Pretty physical and straightforward. Definitely something I’d bring kids to. 10-14 ish age. Not too scary and the puzzles didn’t seem too hard. It was pretty easy for us. Requires some actual reading through the clues they give you though and I know that some escape roomers can be pretty go go go in terms of just blindly solving puzzles and undoing locks. I wouldn’t bring anyone with mobility issues to this one though. At least half the room is behind lots of ladders and stairs and short ceilings. Clearly a lot of heart in this room. Good energy. Some of the more secret areas could use a little bit more theming to fit in with the absolute knockout theming and decor of the first two rooms.

Eden was wonderful game master! It’s Scooby doo inspired! There are lots of rooms to this one! And even a slide! Everything made sense nothing was broken! Good room overall. We have done over 30-40 rooms and it definitely was cute and fun. A little pricey but well worth it!!

The puzzles were pretty easy, but the room was super cute. Really immersive and beautifully designed. I especially liked the entrance! I wouldn’t recommend going with a group larger than 5-6 ppl tho.

Strongly recommend this room! High on nostalgia, solid puzzles and not overly challenging for new escapees. Staff was helpful and supportive!

We loved it!!

Gameplay

Game was very fun. While this wasn’t overly difficult, we often take our kids to escape rooms. This room provided just the right amount of challenge and opportunity for the kids to participate.

Atmosphere

The environment of the game was very engaging. The number of room changes and small nooks to explore was very fun.

Customer service

Our GM was very welcoming and friendly!

This was a really great room. I have done a lot of escape rooms with this group. And this one one while not particularly difficult was just so much fun. Lots of great theming. Multiple puzzles that could be worked on at once. Some really fun surprises. I won't spoil. Great hosts. They just have to give this an all-around thumbs up.

Gameplay

Not the most difficult. But super creative.

Atmosphere

Lots of great atmosphere. From lighting to sound effects to some video elements. Very very immersive.

Customer service

Our host made it super fun. And right from the start immersed us in it.

We had seven people. And there was plenty of puzzles to go around. But if you want it to be a little more challenging, I think doing it with four or five might be better.

Like, wow, gang! This game was an absolute joy to play - a classic whodunnit meets fun puzzling, all taking place in a beautifully designed environment. Excellent flow, creative use of space, and an obvious love and respect for the source material. It almost felt like we were the stars of our own hour-long episode of TV, complete with memorable beginning, middle, and end scenes, and good puzzling scattered between.

Gameplay

All of the puzzles fit their place in the story world nicely, and the puzzles were clued well. Our GM did a nice job briefing us on how they separate puzzles from the mystery you’re also trying to solve - the two never really interfered with each other.

Atmosphere

A very immersive way to begin the game, followed by distinct environments all brought to life with good use of space, lighting cues and effects, and sound design. They pulled off a couple of special effects particularly well.

Customer service

Damian was a great GM, giving us a helpful briefing before the game and paying close attention during our game.

Particularly interesting or different

Yes

Not only are you solving escape room style puzzles - you’re also there to solve the mystery!

Story

The story was presented in a clean and digestible way during the intro, there were a couple of exciting plot twists, and the puzzles revealed clues that colored in more of the story along the way, all building to a satisfying end to the story.

Difficulty

Medium

Nothing about the game felt too difficult or too simple.

Game tech

Mechanical

While many of the solutions utilized physical locks, there are still plenty of tech-based special effects, lighting, and sound cues.

Ideal number of players

3

Some spaces in the game might start to feel cramped with 4 or more players.

Scary

Spooky

A couple of game sequences might start to brush up against “spooky” but absolutely no jump scares or any horror elements.

Minimum age

10

Was anything broken?

No

Live actors

No

Physically active

Very

At least one team member must climb, duck, and maneuver, and they’re up front about that when you’re booking the game.

Accessibility

Entrance to building is on the ground level. The game is not all on one level surface, including a large step up to get into the game, but there is likely a way around the starting sequence for someone who can’t make that step up. You can’t experience the full game without stepping, climbing, ducking, and maneuvering, but a majority of the game is on level ground. Hints are given via audio. Two puzzles require color differentiation.

Easy to find location

Yes

Parking

Easy

Free parking lot right outside.

Safety

Yes

Exit doors were always unlocked and labeled. Use common sense if you do anything more physical during the game.
