You wake up, groggy and confused. You search your immediate surroundings and find yourself trapped in an abandoned madhouse. You quickly realize you’re the latest unwilling resident in Forest Haven Asylum. You have little memory of what happened before this moment. Everything is a blur. Who brought you here? Why were you brought here? So many questions and so little time. You know danger is just around the corner. Follow the clues and you’ll find all the answers you are looking for and perhaps escape before you’re made a permanent occupant. But pay attention, and be quick, the madness waits for no one!

Overall, decent story, very good visuals and props. I would recommend it, but as all rooms it had its issues. 1. One cabinet was already unlocked and opened with two key items inside. 2. There was too much information or side tracks involved at times. SPOILER BELOW 3. The bone puzzle gave us very little hints that the bones already on the table were to be removed.
At times there was too much information/text.

A whole lock/cabinet was not reset. The lock was sitting on top of the cabinet with doors open.

Great theme. There are a few clues and puzzles that needed to be refreshed so that they aren't so worn down (to the point that it made play a little difficult)

Best set design and experience of the games we’ve experienced at this location. Game flow was slow and stunted at moments (needed clues), but once we got going it went well.
Flow could be improved, but good puzzles.

This escape room is in the mall. One of the puzzles in the room failed to trigger, so they had to manually work around it. The puzzles were all physical based, so no problem solving was required. The was another puzzle that was very temperamental to trigger and we solved the lock combo without it. They need to work on flow, there were no hints to guide you on what to do next. The people were kind, but they didn’t know their own rooms well. Not having a dedicated game master was frustrating, we spent a good 5 minutes telling them their puzzle was broken, and they finally worked around it. They did add more time, to their credit.
Very Physical based puzzles, not a lot of problem solving
No dedicated game master, so you had to tell them where you were.
