We did the non scarey version (thank god) and still had a blast! We love the theme of the room and there were plenty of locks and keys which are my fav! Love this location :)

You have just ran out of your last rations of food and must brave the streets to gather what you can to survive this Apocalypse... You locate what appears to be an abandoned diner... You manage to squeeze inside, but suddenly the door locks behind you... You soon realize you are not alone, nor the only one that's hungry... Gather what food you can and get out of there before you become a meal yourself!

This was good family fun. A little scary but not too bad. GM was super nice. The room has obviously been around for a while though and could use some TLC. That took away a little of the awe for me. Not a top ten room, but still fun.

Zombies are in the diner, try to get out...and stay alive! This was a great one. One of our first with a live actor. The puzzles were challenging enough (needed a few hints) and some were really innovative. Good mix of logic, knowledge and skill required to progress. To us a good room capitalizes on our multi generational skillset so we can work together and separately. Host (DJ) was really great, frontloading just enough info to get us started without ruining any surprises, and giving hints that got us going again without giving anything away. Having an actor took the experience to a much higher level in terms of doing puzzles under pressure. We will return, and look forward to more live actors in our experiences.

Absolutely loved this room. Very clever puzzles, not super difficult but one of the most fun and immersive rooms. Excited to come back to do Clown Town and eventually the basement !!
