I loved this room! The puzzles were all fun and hit the sweet spot of "challenging" while flowing well with the theme. One of us is really hesitant about "intense" rooms, but the framing of the "scary" version of this room was great -- you got ominous music before scary stuff so it was actually light on jumpscares. The owners are super passionate and offer great customer service. Would definitely go back!

This wasn't as scary as I though it might be based on the description. The spooky elements were all well forecasted.

One mechanical release didn't work, so the game guide slid a key under the door. We didn't realize something went wrong until the debrief.

Intense escape took a good concept and turned it into a great one. The diner itself was fun and gameplay was solid. Intense escape added their twist that pushes this game to next level fun. We really enjoyed it and I would highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the area.

This room was INCREDIBLE. It's amazing how they can take something like a diner and make you paranoid AF but they did it. the props were great, the flow was great, and it was pretty spooky as well. overall a FANTASTIC experience for us.

THE STAFF AT THE TAMPA LOCATION WAS SO FANTASTIC. it was amazing to meet the ENTIRE FAM and learn how passionate they are about the rooms and the experience. we chatted them up for awhile and I cannot give them enough credit for this place!!!!!!

Unique fantastic theme, but some puzzles are unable to be manipulated with big hands and tagging didn't fit the theme or was necessary. Some puzzles are very innovative.
