Protocol Zero does a lot right and a lot not-so-right. There is a wide variety of puzzle types, both physical and mental, across the space pod we are trying to escape from. In general they connected together well, tho the ride was a little bumpy at times (if your puzzle involves colors, and other stuff in the room has the same colors, I’m gonna connect them!) My chief complaint was simply that it was too damn dark, and one flashlight doesn’t work too well when your gameplay is nonlinear. The limit of 4 people does make this slightly better as you won’t have 7 people without a flashlight, but there is no reason to not give the players a few more. I really enjoyed the set - I just wish I could see more of it! I think this is a good room for 2 and worth playing, even if it’s a little rocky at times.

Protocol Zero flowed very well. I love the non-linear gameplay of this company. Everything in the room made sense and only stumped us a couple of times. 5/10

Fun stop on way back home from Daytona to West Coast of FL. Would def recommend it. Protocol Zero super emmersive and fun surprises throughout. Kailey was a sweetheart and amazing with us and lil one in our group. Accommodating and great game masters in running room. Will def be back for Haberdashery and Secret Society, next time in town.

A bit of an older design, but very immersive. Decent variations of puzzles with a fairly linear game play.
Older design, but very immersive. It flowed pretty well, but a larger group might experience some bottlenecks waiting on a single person to finish a step.

My duo and me finished this location out with this room. Set dec was really fantastic, and the theme was very interesting. Unique room I highly recommend all three rooms at this location. Escape Artists holds a special place in the Orlando hierarchy.

If you have difficulty seeing in the dark, the start of this room is very challenging. The gameplay was interesting and contained some things we haven’t seen before in other rooms. There were a few counterintuitive elements, but overall it was a fun experience.
The flashlight was spotty (and we definitely needed more than one) and the dry erase marker in the guest room was dead.

I really wanted to like this room but just couldn’t. It’s very non linear and hard to navigate. We spent almost 10 minutes trying to get a broken part in the game to work before the game master realized it was broken and reached out to help us. Cool idea but terrible execution.
