I’ve done a lot of futuristic rooms, and this is definitely one of the coolest! The atmosphere is very cool. This is their hardest game and it’s definitely challenging and there is A LOT to do. I wouldn’t say any of the puzzles feel like clues are necessary for, they all make sense however if you get caught up on something it will definitely bite you time wise. This room has really good indicators of which puzzles you’re on which is so helpful for game flow. Overall we did really like this game, but some of the tech was definitely a little inconsistent. It all worked but you just have to make sure you wiggle EVERYTHING. If you think something isn’t working give it a wiggle before moving on to trying a different solution. There was also a “free find” thing that we didn’t get right away because it felt like it was locked and we didn’t want to pry anything open, but when we asked for help the game master told us it was meant to open so we got there in the end. All in all, good game!

Amazing theme and effects , but too many puzzles and too convoluted to do in 60 minutes. Better suited as an 80-90 minute room.

Very immersive set. Puzzles are on the more difficult side but never felt unfair. We solved as a pair but there were times when multiple groups could have been parallel solving. We did not experience the impossible to open boxes described in other reviews so some issues may have been fixed. Overall a very fun room

What an utter disappointment. Cloak and Dagger has so many great rooms, but this one hurt me. So, the atmosphere is GREAT, it's like visiting TOS Enterprize, but that's where the awesomeness ends. So, the puzzles are convoluted to say the least. My husband is big, and isn't a weak guy. He pulled on one of the boxes hanging out the wall and it wouldn't open, so we figured it was magnetic and would open after a puzzle... Nope! The GM came in after and said that the box sticks. She dropped all her weight on it and the stupid thing wouldn't open, so.my husband tried. He had to break a sweat to get it open, and of course there was the three missing puzzle pieces we needed. Next the tribbles... The GM told us that the owner didn't like people escaping his rooms so easy, so he dimmed the lights on the dribbles, and replaced several of them with blended colors, making them nearly impossible to tell apart. Honestly, I still reccomend all other Cloak and Dagger rooms, but this one I can't
The GM talked down to us, it was disappointing.

This review makes me really sad to write, but this room is probably one of my top 3 worst rooms I've ever play. The ambience is amazing, and the puzzles that work are good, but the ones that don't are just terrible. Red hearings are the worst aspect of any escaperoom, if your puzzles are challenging, don't toss in red hearings. Not only did the GM admit there were two in this room, she told us that the owner wanted to push the solve ratio down, so he purposefully added elements to a puzzle that were meant to make people fail. Not to.mention two boxes being broken, and the pointless clues given by the gm, just made this room so terrible from a company that is one of my favorites in my area.
Broken puzzles and clues speficially meant to mislead the player to better their failure ratio.
It felt like being on the actual bridge of a starship, you know which one!!!
This GM was poor and kept blaming everything we didn't like on the owner.

I'd like to give this expert, but the puzzles are literally designed to be unsolvable, which is just a bad sign for a room.

Two of the "easy open drawers" that were suppose to open at a touch (no lock on them) required the GM to grunt with the effort to get it open

There are varying levels to the floor, I would not call it accessible.

One of the hardest rooms we did. Based on Star Trek. The room set up was really cool. A lot of brain puzzles!!

This escape room was HARD!!! We escaped but barely (and we needed a LOT of help). It was extremely creative and well put together. I understand that this was exclusively created by the employees on-site and I find that incredibly impressive. Definitely keep your eyes peeled. Some clues are subtle and some are obvious. As with any room, keep the lines off communication open. This room has a LOT of puzzles.
