Worst room we have ever played. Sam used to run some tight rooms but this one was so all over the place we couldn't figure out what went with what. Having to use a walkie-talkie to talk to our game master was another frustration on top of not having a dedicated GM. The logic of the room was hard to follow and even after hints (and ANSWERS) it still didn't make sense. FIrst room we ever walked out on with time left over. (They have added a 15 minute grace period to this room for obvious reasons.) We will wait to revisit River City Rooms until we hear they have straightened it out.

This game started off pretty strong and then the ending left us feeling confused. I do not recommend more than two players or you will not be able to move around. Unique theme I haven’t seen done before!

This room is comfortable for 2 people but anymore would be a tight fit. There were some unique puzzle concepts, but for almost the entirety of the game I felt like I had no clue what was going on. Many of the game pieces were broken causing difficult it getting a puzzle answer. One mechanical portion of the room was not working, so the game master had to come in and open it. There were some pieces received that were never used and very little space to lay out all the pieces and papers we would get throughout the game. I love the idea and concepts, but fixed puzzle pieces and background music would add to the game.

The story was fun, the character assignment might be a neat option if you are into role-playing but was not really necessary. The owner and staff were incredibly amazing and accommodating. I loved the close attention to our details throughout to point us to something as needed. So for the not great part: There were 4 of us and we were all over each other (running in to one another, stepping on toes, & in general invading each others space. ) This puts everyone in a “mood” quickly. Adding to that the fairly serial (non-meshed) puzzling requirements there was a lot of waiting around in the cramped space. I imagine with just two people this room would have been amazing, but with four I would make a different choice.

Wow this room is so unique and it has such an interesting theme. This is the smallest room they have at the moment. But I think this might actually me their hardest room now. What an awesome addiction to their already amazing business. This is one of the first rooms that uses call backs to every piece of the room to do the finale. Please go out of your way to experience this room.

Overall wonderful room to play loved the multi-step puzzles made you think a lot. Rooms are small but are great for only a max allowed booking of 4 people. The small and unique props and atmosphere made it very immersive!

Clairvoyant is a well done psychic/witch themed room! The puzzles require critical thinking and using what is available to you! It seems like everything in this room is used! Lots of items and props to look for!
