The Secret Lab is a pretty good escape game, and it features science-related puzzles without requiring knowledge of science. What it does require is the ability to see color, so keep that in mind if you have issues with that. Even the decoder wheel is color-based, and to figure out how to even use it requires some metapuzzling. The riddles themselves are good, though not as creative as most games in the EXIT series.
