Your grandfather used to tell you amazing stories that were passed to him from his grandfather of the Society for Adventures and Explorers. This group used to explore the world and uncover mysteries and treasures. While traveling to Europe you came across an old building with a worn-out sign that surprisingly read HQ for Society of Adventures and Explores. Could the tales be true? There is no way anything still exists of this legendary group. You can’t pass up an opportunity like this. Just opening the door to peek in feels like an adventure. What’s inside you must see for yourself but be prepared because you’re taking the first steps into something that you can tell your grandkids about. The adventure awaits.

This was a super fun room! It’s the hardest at the location for a reason! There was some puzzles that stumped us for a bit. The key is in the details! Jungle themed. 4 players seemed pretty good (we could all do something at once which was nice). Highly recommend!

Really good game. Well thought out and the gameplay was very smooth. The props and the scenery was very well done. Very impressive. Jordyn was amazing, she was a great game master and her clues were very helpful.

A nice game with a fun set of puzzles. The final step will be tricky and may tack a few minutes onto your time.

A superb experience with creative and unique puzzles (linear flow and no difficult red herrings), an extremely entertaining atmosphere (especially if you are love Jungle Cruise puns or have any interest in S.E.A. and/or Indiana Jones), and one of the most attentive game masters we have ever experienced. We were thrilled that Dustin asked us about our hint preferences ahead of time. The room itself was perfect for our family of four, which includes a 7- and a 9-year-old. Everyone was able to participate fully, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the variety of puzzles. Edge Escape will now be our #1 choice for escape rooms when we return to the Orlando area.

This is a fun room with a high number of puzzles and a low puzzle density (that comment will make more sense after you play it). The progression through the various spaces nicely parallels the story, which is told in the fairly standard “follow the trail of the previous expedition who conveniently left scraps of their journal at every stop along the way” form of escape room exposition. There are some nice set design pieces and a good usage of the set to conceal information that you’ll eventually come back to. It was fine with four players but would also be fine with 1-3. I think more than four would feel pretty crowded. There are some nice bits of humor in the journals (but it is a fair amount of reading). Thankfully there is not a full-blown “translate the hieroglyphs” activity but there is a translation puzzle, which I felt had enough translation to force you to actually solve the puzzle but not so much as to be annoying. The room didn’t blow me away, but I had a good time, which is all I ask for. Recommended.

Fun room overall but not my favorite at this location. This room had a lot to do and so many great Easter eggs. Puzzles were fun and made you think but not terribly challenging.
God flow and lots to do. Even for a group of 5.
Fun design but not completely immersive.
Dustin was great. He hosted us for all 4 rooms over three visits to Edge. Also friendly and high energy.

Good story line.

Likely not as hard because we had five ppl. This room would be harder for 2 or 3 ppl.

We are escape games fanatic’s! We try to go to a new one at least every 2 weeks! We recently did a walk in here and let me say… I was in shock! The rooms were the most amazing that I have seen in a LOOOONG time. The rooms were so clean and nothing was broken(unlike a lot of other places) And the STAFF, absolute *chefs kiss* Our Game guide was Brenden and we LOVED him! He was so through, kind and answered any questions we had! We are already planning our next night back! Can’t wait to come again!

Very unique puzzles - we even got to be the first group to experience a brand new puzzle. We loved this room and would def recommend it.

A must-do for fans of Indiana Jones and The Goonies. Well themed, not obvious, great mech/tech with red herrings spread throughout. The small gripes are more about readability of 2 clues, but the gamemaster promised to remedy them for other escapists which would make the room 5/5. We loved it. They treated us like family and the room was fantastically organized and actually funny. We found out later they intentionally hide puns/jokes and we laughed out loud a few times. Will definitely finish 4/4 rooms they have and hope more escapists support them as they grow and build more rooms.
Very well done. A must-see for Fans of Indiana Jones, Goonies and travel mystery novels.
Completely immersive.
They spent time with us after discussing how to make it even better.
Hard
It’s not easy and teams of 2-3 will be challenged. We had an experienced duo and we barely got it.
“The Society of Adventures and Explorers (S.O.A.E.) was an excellent, traditional escape room.“
