Good set, including an unexpected transition. Puzzles generally made sense, and the game was unusually well lit for a spooky/scary game - I like that! Of the games I played at OuterGround, I preferred Midnite and The Execution, but Jason's Legacy was still a fine game.

I played this room with five other people, and that turned out to be a big mistake. The spaces are quite small, so we were running out of oxygen quickly - it got chaotic and some players often had nothing to do. It really felt like too many chefs in the kitchen. To be fair, that was our fault since the booking site did warn us that the game is designed for 4-5 players max. I think 3 or 4 would be the perfect number. Otherwise, it’s a very well-made room with fun puzzles! The story was a bit harder to follow, though.

Did this as a team of 2 and escaped with 3 seconds remaining. We don’t normally do scary rooms, while there is no live actor the GM is in the room in certain parts with you and puts on a show so couple of jump scares in there. The room itself is fairly spooky and had us on our nerves the whole time. Tons of fun puzzles and really well built out decor. Even being scared most of the time we really liked this room. Our GM was great despite scaring us a couple of times. Really well done story that was easy to follow. Everything worked as expected though we did need a hint or two to move us along. It was a challenging room with 2 people and it’s a big space with a lot of moving back and forth. Not for people with mobility issues. Highly recommended even if you don’t like the scary stuff.

Holy sh*t, this room. Now #7 on our Top Ten list. Basically a house built inside another building. The cues were perfect - sound and a light to guide the way, telling you what happened. The intro video was the scariest part (and our GM said he's had people quit after watching). Personal favorite moment of GM turning up individual lights for me when I couldn’t see / read, even one he'd never turned up before. AND THE REVEAL!! 🤯🤯🤯 Totally immersive - didn't feel like an escape room. Solid story of trying to find Jason or evidence of his presence. Clever puzzles that were sometimes hard but never too hard. Great effects. Marc is the absolute best - we talked to him for ages swapping room stories. Escape Couple rating: 6 🗝️: Best of the best (we use a 1-6🗝️ rating scale)

Amazing complete house set. Very immersive. Fun puzzles. We enjoyed moving back and forth through the set for various puzzles. Plenty of surprises.

This was my top room of 2024. Incredible set design, a couple wow moments, and enough spooky moments without being explicit horror. Riddles a little on the easy side, but perhaps we just had a good day. Although we had 2 players, I would recommend more, due to the size of play.

A great game with some interesting puzzles and unique effects! As members of the neighbourhood watch, you investigate the house of an old priest. What makes this game so good, is that the house you explore feels very real, and not really like an escape room.

My team enjoyed it. I felt like I was able to contribute a significant amount during this game, which was satisfying. The aesthetic was appealing. The introduction may give the impression that an actor will appear later, but an actor does not appear later.
