Great production design and art direction, featuring (mostly) logical puzzles that will prove VERY intimidating to newcomers, but provide just the right difficulty for more experienced players who are looking for a challenge. Definitely some surprisingly original stuff in this one. There’s several very novel and unique puzzles (particularly one toward the beginning) that we haven’t seen in other rooms, which elevates the experience, and does so while keeping things on theme. This room absolutely requires patience, coordination, and teamwork. If these aren’t your strong suits, I would advise you avoid this one. Gameplay and flow was pretty good, with our team needing little help, asking for maybe two hints (your mileage may vary depending on your experience level). The odd, obtuse puzzle logic here and there, but nothing too terribly “out there”. It requires a keen, observant eye, and experience with recognizing particular pattern’s of puzzle progression from other escape rooms. Not a beginner’s room by a long shot. However, it’s a good time, well realized, and a nice challenge!

We had an amazing time at this very immersive experience.

Mainly lock and key type locks. It is a darker room and way bigger than i thought. Had a lot if fun

Dungeon VII is unimpressive. The story is boring and is severely lacking in creativity. The room is a typical dungeon room with many of the same padlock and key combination, making it difficult to determine which of the several keys goes to which of the several identical locks. The game was very cheap, and it's hard to imagine that any hard thought went into the plans at all. It looks like someone grabbed a bunch of Chinese props and started plugging them in without any concern about whether they were relevant to the theme of the room. To make matters worse, a chest in our room was left unlocked, and the game master wasn't watching our game. We called out to him several times and received no answer. No music and minimal lights to indicate a successful puzzle solution. If this won an award from Escape The Roomers, you should be highly cautious of any games they bestow awards upon. Not a good room.

I dropped the soap, I mean keys. really immersive.

REAL Props made immersion that much more believable. Attention to detail was spot on, from time-specific locks, to prop dynamics and variety. Puzzle flow well done. Torture references really tied room together.

Set design was outstanding. Everything felt real and could feel the attention and detail put into their work in world building. Atmosphere and puzzle dynamics spot on and just amazing.
