Forest of Echoes

This one was a legendary game experience from start to finish. The standout feature was the incredible game master, who handled most of the experience and voiced the room absolutely perfectly. It’s one large room, but they utilised the technology seamlessly to make the absolute most out of that one room. The way the tech and the performance tied together made the whole thing feel incredibly polished and memorable. Atmosphere: 99 Puzzles: 80 Enjoyment: 80 Creativity: 80 Overall: 85

Really fun room, the mechanics and puzzles were great and the narration was brilliant. It was immersive and the set design was very impressive. One of our top three escape rooms in Sydney.

Highly recommended. We'd never done an escape room that was so character driven and it was a helluva experience. Jamie as the sarcastic forest spirit had us cry laughing.

Really fun take on a different way to do escape rooms that me and my group really enjoyed. This room is narrative driven, you will be learning the story that took place and that does mean pausing and waiting to hear the story at times between puzzles. The interactions with the GM really help make it a truly unique experience.

A very solid rooms with a large variety of differing puzzles. That can be tackled in any order. The puzzles flowed very well but for a room that was rated max difficulty, the puzzles did feel a bit too easy. We finished with around 25 minutes to spare. Not a single puzzle was reused and everything was labelled properly which I quite liked. The set is really pretty as well immersing us in that seemed like a deep forestscape. As with most other Next Level Rooms, the gamemaster drastically elevated the experience with their dynamic responses. One of our players didn't even realise the narrative audio was not rerecorded but done in realtime by the gamemaster. Overall another must done room at Next Level!

I enjoyed the puzzles in this room, but found the story telling component to be way too much. Standing there for what felt liked 5 minutes just listening to a story really ruined it for me.

Beautiful set design, so immersive, variety of puzzles. From the description I was a little sceptical, but I was pleasantly surprised.

We loved this room. It was immersive and really creative. The design of the room was fantastic, I don’t think I’ve done an escape room like it before. Our game master (Scoutmaster Emily) was fantastic, funny, and really added to the experience.

Amazing immersive room and loved the set and narration from GM Emily. Would recommend to anyone who wants a strong narrative from an escape room.
