Not a huge fan of history-based rooms, but this one had a nice set design and some good puzzles! A little difficult for two people but we managed. Unfortunately, one of the puzzles malfunctioned. It took our game master awhile to notice and then another while to fix the issue - no problem - except there was no apology, no extra time given back to us, and no discount offered for a future room. We wasted a minimum of 5 minutes on the broken puzzle and then “failed” the room while over halfway finished with the final puzzle and weren’t allowed to finish. Had we been compensated for the malfunction, we definitely would have escaped. This location is now closed, but after two bad experiences with staff, I wouldn’t have been back anyway.
