One of the most elaborately decorated set designs I’ve seen. Excellent game design allowing parallel activity but needing collaboration as well. Fantastic beginning throwing you into the action. GM is in the room with you, but honestly it worked much better than my only other experience with that model as she was in character. Ultimately a traditional room, but top-notch.

Very high quality, authentic and fun props and set up. The in game actor host was good too and played a role and gave hints that fit into the setting. The story was well thought out and clues connected logically. Challenged with 2 people, probably 3-4 recommended at least to win, but challenging enough that failure was satisfying! Fun lobby puzzles too. Would definitely come again!

props and set were amazing! our group mostly split up to divide and conquer so i feel like i missed out on most of the rooms and puzzles, but we did get the weekly record. puzzles are fairly easy

Very immersive design set that pays good tribute to Kowloon Walled City of Hong Kong. Puzzles are very clever and variable. Can be divided and conquered, though has some potential cheese solutions.

The Black Dragon was quite an impressive room! It delivers in storyline, set design, immersion, and game play. We had a group of 4, and it was pretty challenging yet fun! I would recommend a team of 4-6 players with different skill levels because this room was physically large and was non-linear, so you could easily divide and conquer. The is one of LA’s oldest escape rooms, so this room is also pretty old, however; it delivered in its set design, storytelling, and immersion. Go play Black Dragon! You will not be disappointed

This room is nonlinear and rightfully so for how large this room is. Everything made sense and flowed really well, but I will say that some puzzles were very challenging. Quite a mixture of puzzles that you will see in this room, but stayed true to the storyline and set design of the Black Dragon.

I cannot say enough about the set design! It was immaculate and I enjoyed every moment of it. You felt like you were in the back alleys and there was so much attention to details!

I loved our Game Master! She was very attentive to our needs, stayed in character, and blended perfectly with the Hint System.

It was a bit of both mechanical and high tech.

This is a very immersive and highly decorated escape room. We entered as three people but would be helpful to have more people in this room as multiple puzzles are present at the same time. The NPC was good at acting, making the experience even more immersive.

This was a great and immersive room. The decor was amazing which really helped with the immersion of the room. Puzzles were unique but there was a mishap with the tech of one of the puzzles. However, the game master was uniquely intergrated into the storyline which helped with both progression and any technical difficulties. Overall a solid room.
