353 escape rooms
Prior to doing this room I learned that one of my husband's co-workers helped to build and design the props and effects for this company. It made the room even more exciting to know that I knew someone (through proxy) who could do all of this amazing tech! The set was inspiring, to say the least. Soaring walls covered in intricate carving surrounded us. Egyptian statues and hieroglyphics loomed large around every corner. They definitely had the immersive element down cold! The puzzles were just as good, if not better. One of the biggest turnoffs to me is when you are in an ancient tomb and you have to figure out King Tut's directional lock or use Cleopatra's black light to uncover a clue. All of the tech and locks fit the time theme and that dedication to detail made me a happy camper. Great group and great room!
