Looking for a escape room off the strip because sometimes you find gold. This was a dud, there was things that didn't work that we figured out and the chick working as the game master must not have been paying attention. Also there's a hand with painted figure nails, she gave us a heads up that the missing nail was something specific it was just missing. She told us the wrong info and we spent over 10 mins messing with it. We had to use multiple hints due to pour execution. We tech didn't finish in time but because it was out of our control she let us go past. After we got out I was being honest and told the GM I didn't like it as most GMs will talk to you about things. Our GM said oh your gonna say that to your GM? Then walked into the office and wouldn't talk to us anymore. It was extremely awkward and un friendly. I would never recommend this escape room and I've done over 30. Who wants to try to figure crap out when you don't even get the right info?

Supposed to be a cabin in the woods, definitely didn't feel like a cabin unless you give them credit for the fireplace

Nice enough when we got there but totally walked away from us and ignored us at the end. I tried to ask a few questions but she flat out disappeared. It's not even that big of a office

Anything you could possibly consider hi tech was broken. The books having to be in a specific order that we had right didn't unlock at first until we asked for a hint that's when the GM was like oh that one's been acting up. I would suggest some TLC of your room before you let people struggle

We had a great time at this escape room. The other reviews don’t lie, it’s hard. But the theming is appropriately spooky, with some ramped up scares in the second half (no scare actors though). This has a real homegrown feel to it, and while it may not have the flash of some of the bigger escape rooms, you can feel the passion behind its design. Our group got out with 2 minutes to spare and all had a good time. My only gripes were a couple tech puzzles that required a quick reset after they didn’t work properly the first time.
Gameplay
Gameplay was linear, but there were some creative puzzles. A good mix of traditional locks and some electronic puzzles. Minor physical tasks such as crawling, finding, and some gross out parts.
Atmosphere
Spooky cabin with a serial killer taunting you throughout, and some great gore and gross out in the second half.
Customer service
Very kind staff. Our game master was the manager and he introduced us to the puzzle maker after. His excitement and passion for escape rooms got us hyped and he gave us a great explanation after.
Story
The story was scary and fun! It had an intro video to get us in the mood, and the serial killer we were escaping called and spoke to us multiple times during the encounter.

Good room! The cabin ambiance was well done and one of the riddles especially was a cool detective theme. Everything functioned perfectly and all the riddles made sense. Nothing left me frustrated except for myself! Fun room - I’d recommend doing this one. I liked it better than escape from mars.

Scary cabin in the woods with the crazy murderer. Game flowed very well; very linear. A few tricky puzzles kept us occupied. Everything worked and was in good condition. We will have to get back to do part 2 and solve the murders.

There’s a few puzzles that seem tossed in to help the experience be more scary but unrelated to the main story they’re building. In total, it’s a decent experience worth a try. Do the Unknown Part 2 right after to get the full story.

Solid Gen 1 puzzles, mildly creepy, with a logical puzzle flow that ramps up difficulty. The set has seen a fair bit of wear and tear. Our GM was super chill and the hints when requested were clear and direct.

It was HARD!! Had the Groupon so this was our only option. I’d go back and try the others for sure. It’s in a nice neighborhood, you don’t always find that here lol! The space is not big but the puzzles are packed and they are not easy. It was fun tho. 30% finish rate. We made it to their 80% so we got go sign the wall. The part 2 is their hardest room….. not one of my favorites…. But I like them all
