The room itself seemed cool, but the experience was kind of a mess. We asked for several clues, but every time we were ignored forcing us to walk out to the lobby to find our gm only to discover she was busy chatting with another group. The timer was broken and said we had 20 minutes when we should have had 40, and then the whole room shut down mid‑game. At that point we just walked out because there wasn’t really anything else we could do.
Gameplay
None of the puzzles made sense, and most didn’t work. The room completely shut down halfway through and she tried to reset it with no success so we walked out.
Atmosphere
Most things were put together with zip ties and made out of cardboard.
Customer service
She was nice, but she was not paying any attention to us. It got to the point where we hated to walk out into the lobby and find her to ask for a clue only to discover she wasn’t even watching our room.
