Archibald Tucker was one of the greatest explorers of the 1930s. His tales of adventure were known the world over and his prized journal documented every adventure. While exploring an abandoned temple in The Lost City, he uncovered a treasure so rare, no man alive had seen it! A sudden gust of wind slams the temple door shut - sealing Tucker and his journal inside! Both were never seen again. Your team of treasure hunters decide it’s time to finish Tucker’s quest. Armed with the latest technology, your research points you to the exact whereabouts of the lost journal which holds the secrets to finding the treasure. In your backpacks, you’ve brought all the materials essential for your adventure! You approach the temple confidently, but once inside angered spirits awaken and deem you unworthy of the riches held within. As a test, they grant you 60 minutes to prove your worth. You must work logically, interact with everything you find and solve puzzles to uncover the treasure! If you fail, the door will be sealed once more and you will surely perish! Can you locate the journal, find the treasure and escape the temple before it’s too late? Time is of the essence!

This room was good! Good set design and the puzzles were pretty good too. One thing I didn’t like was how beat up the room is, made one puzzle in particular kind of hard. I’ve been here twice and it does see I’m like the staff isn’t really watching. We asked for a hint and they took forever then revealed the next clue for us which sucked bcuz we didn’t get the chance to figure it out. They then said they thought we opened the box that had those items but we were stuck on this one box for 5min so if they were really watching they would have known that. I’ve been here once before and same thing, felt like they weren’t actually watching and took too long to help. The other thing I didn’t like is the fact that some puzzles didn’t have a clear ending, you would solve it and it wouldn’t lead u anywhere or make you feel like you accomplished anything. Kind of a theme in this place. Overall I liked the room though and puzzles had a decent flow and structure
Cool set design!

Good solid room. Staff was considerate and helpful. Room was kept up pretty well even though it seemed well-played. We were experienced escapers so it was easier than we anticipated.

The flashlight didn’t work on a key puzzle but the GM stopped the time and replaced it.

Visual impairment - no go. One clue was audio and would be difficult for hard of hearing. Also many things were on the ground making bending over a requirement.

There are enough novel, tactile props and interactions to make the game worthwhile, but certain aspects could do with some refinement. For instance, puzzles aren’t properly gated, which means that solves can happen ahead of puzzles that allegedly help you complete other puzzles. The set has some thought and love put into it, but there’s a lack of polish for a such a large chain. That said, the puzzles involving mirror and rope were fun and memorable, even if they were a touch finicky.

One door was not closed upon entering the room. We were told to ignore it and that we would be notified when it was “opened.”

The puzzles are very linear so you can’t really do multiple things at once.

Loved the set up of this room. This was a fun room with many hands on puzzles. The whole thing about this room is you cannot overthink. The gamemasters were very nice.
