The Murfree Manor is on the market. You have always heard rumors about Mr. Murfree and are interested to see what's inside, especially with all of the rumors about the house. You and your friends go to check out the place, but once you ring the doorbell the rumors come back to mind. Will you be able to get you and your friends out while also earning the keys to the manor? Or will you become one of the rumors?

While this game was somewhat difficult I definitely enjoyed it. It’s an unforgettable experience and Cole was a great GM. This company as a whole is worth me visiting again!

Room was fun, there were some defunct puzzles still visible in the room and a lot of wear and tear. One puzzle was particularly tedious, especially if you don’t get it right the first time.

This was one of our most favorite rooms we have done in a while. It was hard. The time to beat was 5 mins left. We escaped with just 2.37 mins left. I thought for sure we weren’t going to make it. Wear some tennis shoes- lots of walking back and forth (stairs).

My wife and I had a lot of fun with this room! There were a few puzzles that I thought were very unique, and I thought the room had a very good flow to it. There is a lot of back and forth while you're exploring the room, so try to make sure you're keeping a good pace and not wasting time.

This was a fun room! It's a classic escape room style and story, but it's well done and there are lots of fun elements. There are some areas that need some TLC and a few puzzles that don't fit perfectly, but overall it's good. Staff is VERY friendly and give a lot of hints, starting from the rules explanation and continuing, so if you want to go through without hints definitely speak up early.

Murfree’s Manor takes place in an old-looking house, and the set is very convincing. Down to the fact that there is a drab attic with uneven steep stairs. Does that make it good to be so drab though? On the plus side, the puzzles were very grand, incorporating mundane things around the house into ingenious brain teasers. One of them is very elaborate and has multiple layers. The space is also large, even without the additional floor. Unfortunately, space feels somewhat wasted and it’s mostly one lock box after another. Also, I’m not sure what this room was trying to achieve with a somewhat unnerving spooky video. It’s not scary at all, though you’re meant to be frightened by a dark room based on the video. Kinda wonder if the company was afraid to commit to a spookier atmosphere? As a result, although the puzzles are indeed fun, the overall vibe and story end up being undercooked. I still had a good time visiting Murfree’s Manor, though it may be an acquired taste for some.
