Ghost Hunters

Very fun game! Not spooky at all. Do with a group of friends.

I’m impressed with how much space there was in this room and their others rooms. The wow factor settles in when you first enter. Everything pretty much made sense. There was only one puzzle that stumped us a bit even though we already knew how to solve it. The puzzles were a lot of fun! There were a lot of fun moments with their use of media. Slimer does make an appearance but not in a scary way. The layout of the puzzles is linear making it better for smaller groups. Super fun room!

The theming and set is pretty cool! But this was one of the easiest rooms we'd ever done. I feel like there weren't a lot of puzzles? One puzzle was broken and he explained it to us after, but even then, it wasn't a difficult puzzle. We broke the room record time, so it was a bit unsatisfying lol. We finished in under 30 minutes and we'd never done that for a 60 min room. We definitely could've done it even faster, but our group was uncoordinated for one puzzle and had to redo it 3 times even though we knew what we had to do. It was really cool for the theming and the set design was solid as well!

If you’re a novice or beginner, you’ll love this room. If you like ghost busters then this is the room for you! Game is linear and pretty easy logical puzzles

Do not do this room. The technology in it simply does not work at all, and the management does not care. You will leave angry and frustrated.

This is a newer room with a great theme and some really fun and unique elements that make the room special. It’s a high tech room with some cool details and fun ways to solve puzzles. I especially liked the use of the theme throughout the gameplay. However, because it is a high tech room, there were some frustrating moments when the tech either didn’t work properly or was a bit glitchy. It made for stalls in the game and a some unnecessary extra work. The game master was energetic and friendly, but a little lacking with the clue giving. Maybe he was just really busy. We only asked for one clue the whole game and he didn’t seem to know what we had already tried, so it took a while to get info that helped us. Overall, it was a really fun room and I recommend it for families or groups of friends.

Who are you gonna call? GHOSTBUSTERS I was initially worried about doing this room because of the reviews regarding the technical glitches but our experience was quite the opposite. Everything worked out for us and the puzzles were interesting. I had extreme reactions to them - like I loved one and could not care for another. One of my favorite puzzles in this room had to do with the proton blaster (or particle thrower, neutrona wand, whatever you want to call it!) I was also surprised by how much they were able to do with the space. However, another puzzle did not feel intuitive or self-explanatory. I would recommend to our game room designers to rethink this puzzle to make the room flow better in the future. Overall though, this experience will be a good time for your group. I could see a group of adults having a good time - I can also see a group of kids having a good time! Versatile room with its audience all around.

This is not up to Maze Rooms standards. The room was glitchy and left us frustrated. At least 4 puzzles were either fully or partially broken. As a couple who loves to go to these rooms to relax, we were left disappointed. The staff and Maze Rooms has done their best to make it right with us but we just want to warn anyone looking to do this room that it is not functioning normally. We would call it a one off but a friend did this room when it just opened and had the same experience as us. Maze Rooms - why haven’t you fixed this glitchy room?

I absolutely adored this high-production-quality Ghostbusters theme game. It was incredibly awesome! I was a huge fan of the movie, and I loved the way it flowed. Everything was set up so high-tech and mechanical, and I could tell that a lot of time and effort had gone into making this game. The only thing I found a bit annoying was the iPad-like ending, which was tricky but definitely doable. It would probably be easier to do with three people, but we managed to do it with two because both of us are really into these types of games. I loved all the music and the voices, and it definitely felt like an experience of high quality.
