Outwit the ruthless, cunning Vladimir Stepanov to retrieve the world’s most famous painting. The Mona Lisa is missing! The Louvre in Paris that housed the world-famous art piece by Da Vinci, has offered a massive reward of $50 million. As an underworld art dealer yourself, you hear on the grapevine that the flamboyant and extremely dangerous Russian billionaire and art gallery owner, Vladimir Stepanov, is responsible for the theft. Stepanov has a reputation as a ruthless businessman… but your team decides to form a plan to infiltrate Stepanov’s private gallery where you’re sure he’s stashed away the Mona Lisa. Through your contacts in the underground art world, your group secures an invite to his gallery. You manage to sneak away from the guards and are able to hide out until the gallery closes, but now you must use your teamwork to uncover its location and make it out before Stepanov’s guards discover you.

We really enjoyed this take on an art heist. There was one puzzle in particular that was challenging enough to require all of our minds coming together to figure it out - that kind of “next level” puzzle I’d only experienced once before in the 45 total escape rooms I’ve done so far. It was tricky, but I loved it. Nothing too much of a stretch in this room - I’d not recommend it for anyone’s first escape room unless you don’t mind asking for hints because that one particular puzzle is certainly an advanced level puzzle.

Breanna was so sweet and bubbly and we really could tell she enjoyed her role. Grace was helpful the two times we needed to be nudged and we appreciate she did not jump the gun on unsolicited hints.

The game was the most accessible for anyone in a wheelchair than any other game I’ve ever done; for those with audio impairments, there is no concern, but for those with visual impairments or colorblindness, I would think it would be challenging

This room feels as though it was constructed from an assortment of “off the shelf” escape room puzzles and props - the kind you’d buy off the web from “Escape Room Supplies R Us.” Thin on substance, cleverness, creativity, or panache. Pick another room at this location before this one.
