The theming of this room is incredible but the non intuitive multi step puzzles feel like busywork.. I was relieved to be done with this room and that was disappointing.

You are pro at planning heists, but this bank heist is unlike others, as the owner of the bank already knows you will be there. Will you escape this trap?

I have mixed feelings about this room. The theming was great and some of the puzzles were fun. But there were a lot of issues with things in the room not working or not being reset and it felt like the GMs were short staffed and trying to help too many rooms at once so we wasted a lot of time waiting for a hint. There was even a riddle in giant letters on the side of the armored car that went nowhere. When we asked about it after the game, the GM said it was a clue to a puzzle no longer in the room. More wasted time. If everything had been working and we had a more responsive hint system, this would have been an excellent room.
This is a grudging thumbs up. So many things were not working that it made gameplay less fun and interrupted game flow.
Set design, special effects and props were great. The room has a full-size armored car that you get inside.
Again, a grudging thumbs up. The person who let us into the room and set up the game was not the the same person who ended up being our GM. We waited much too long for hints and they told us it was because they were busy helping other rooms. When we escaped, the GM didn't come to meet us right away so we weren't sure if we should just leave. When he finally came, we mentioned all the things that didn't work, the riddle leftover from a removed puzzle and the wait for hints and his attitude was just "Oh well"
Yes
The bank heist theme was not unique by the inclusion of a full-size armored car was pretty cool.
The story was played with audio only and was hard to hear. Something about a bank heist and time travel. Not exactly sure what we were supposed to be doing.
Hard
Harder that it should have been due to non-working puzzles, puzzles that had not been reset and slow hints.
Mechanical
There were a few high tech effects but most were mechanical and there were a number of locks.
6
There are a lot of things to do in this room and some need to be done at the same time. 4 is the minimum number of players but we played with 6 and it was helpful to have the extra people.

Nothing fun for kids here.
Yes
We had one puzzle that was not reset, a letter spinner with a missing letter (broken off), a key that should have only opened one thing but instead opened a bunch of things. An audio clue that we never heard and a light panel that wasn't working. The GM got the light panel working again.

First room at lockbusters is always a ball buster. This was no exception. The directional lock didnβt work the first 3/4 times we got it right, and the as always, the first room beat up 35-40 minutes. Flew through the other challenges with hints and had another lock/mechanism issue in room 2. Last room was a breeze but we still went over time. Frustrating, but theyβre not at fault.

A few spots had to guess, a lock didnβt open, and 2 mechanicals didnβt work on first test.

The set decoration was gorgeous, but the puzzles were not. Bank Heist is one of their hardest rooms and my husband and I did it by ourselves. We struggled in the first room, especially since thereβs a riddle on the wall that we were trying to figure out for 10 mins but it wasnβt actually a puzzle. Our game master said he thinks it used to be part of the game at one point in time. The second room was great, but the 3rd room again had non-sensical puzzles. There was a diagram on the wall I was trying to follow but accidentally solved the puzzle anyway. After we escaped we asked our game master how the diagram on the wall worked and he said he doesnβt know and it is just there for decoration. What?!? I think the only reason this room is TERPECA rated is due to set decoration, because that part they nailed. I give this room a 5/10

Had a good time doing this room. We did it in a group of 6 but felt a little crammed. I think 4 people is probably best to do this room. Overall it was good, just felt like the 2nd and last room lacked a little bit on the immersion side of things. Puzzles flowed well.

The set design of this room is excellent. The puzzles are just okay. The story is a bit wacky (time-traveling heist) but honestly the story plays very little into the experience. It feels like they were setting up a sequel that doesnβt exist. I found the ending to be rather abrupt. Overall, still glad we played for the cool set, but for me the Mission Unstoppable room was a much better game overall. No reason not to play them both, of course! The staff were great and we would certainly come back to play more rooms here. Recommended-ish.
The set design is excellent.

They do give you all the information you need to solve the puzzles, but if you are familiar with some relevant information then you can solve several puzzles without needing the environmental info, which is fine.

Several puzzles require two people to manipulate controls or communicate between different spaces, but other than that you donβt need a big group. The room is linear-ish and there arenβt that many puzzles. I would say 2-4 is probably ideal.

The set design for this is really great, if that is big for you then give it a try. This game is not really fun though, it feels very technical. There are way too many lock puzzles and the story doesnβt play into the amazing set enough. I would rather have a basic set that knows what it is and plays to it.
Not the best, but very nice set design. Too many lock puzzles detracts from the experience. The story needs to blend more with the set. The lock puzzles alone almost make it a down vote.
This is the highlight of the room. Set design was great.

This is definitely not a room for beginners. Puzzles were challenging and not that interesting. Was not a fan of this room.

The set was fairly impressive but the puzzles didn't flow from one to the other. We had to ask for three hints and I'm still unsure how we would have figured out the connections between a few of the puzzles without those hints. Additionally, not a fan of most of the GM's there. Most we have met seemed annoyed to be there and we had no clear Game Master. Multiple employees handled us from start to finish.
Puzzles didn't flow well. No idea how we should have known what to do once we solve first puzzle.
Nice set design. The armored truck was very cool.
Employees were not consistently friendly. The gentleman who walked us back to room was nice but others seemed to rush us or annoyed to be at work.
