Die Legende vom herzlosen Piraten [The Tale of the Heartless Pirate]

Endlich!!! So lange hatten wir diesen Besuch geplant – und jetzt war es endlich so weit: Dream Labs in Bad Steben. Schon allein deswegen war die Vorfreude riesig, aber was uns dort erwartet hat, hat wirklich alles übertroffen. Es war einfach ein Tag, den wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden. So besonders, immersiv und wir wurden komplett abgeholt! Die Legende vom herzlosen Piraten war für uns schlichtweg legendär. So ein Raum bleibt hängen. So ein Erlebnis vergisst man nicht. Mit so viel Liebe, Leidenschaft und Gespür fürs Detail gestaltet, dass man gar nicht anders kann, als sich komplett darin zu verlieren. Jedes Setting, jede Stimmung, jedes Detail hat gepasst – und sogar das Sounddesign war so stimmig, dass die Immersion wirklich von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute getragen wurde. Unsere Erwartungen waren wirklich hoch – und trotzdem wurden sie nicht nur erfüllt, sondern weit übertroffen. Vom ersten Moment beim Empfang bis ganz zum Schluss hat einfach alles gestimmt. Besonders gespannt waren wir darauf, wie die Immersion eingeleitet wird – und auch das war so toll, so kreativ und so liebevoll umgesetzt. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht auch an unsere Game Masterin Ilona: Du hast diesen Abend für uns noch besonderer gemacht. Mit deiner Art hast du das Erlebnis perfekt abgerundet und nochmal auf ein ganz eigenes Level gehoben. Es war einer dieser Abende, bei denen einfach alles passt. Diese Mischung aus Vorfreude, Staunen, Spannung, Spielfreude und purem Escape-Glück. Genau für solche Erlebnisse liebt man dieses Hobby. Danke für diesen rundum wunderschönen, besonderen und unvergesslichen Abend. Die Anreise haben wir dafür wirklich von Herzen gerne auf uns genommen – und würden es jederzeit wieder tun. 💛 Auch die Einbindung unseres Namens war sooo lustig!

Wir haben ein klasse Familienevent mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Töchtern erlebt. Die Legende vom herzlosen Piraten ist zurecht als bester Escape Room Deutschlands ausgezeichnet worden. Das Ganze hat von Beginn an Hand und Fuß, ist witzig und unterhaltsam, sehr abwechslungsreich und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Man kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten und hat sehr viel Spaß. Ich kann diesen Escape Room nur wärmstens empfehlen!!!

The scenic work in all these games are just incredible! Every dream I stepped out of felt like I was transported to that world. They did such a great job making me feel like I was a pirate! I think I even said Aaaaarghhh unexpectedly because I literally became a pirate while playing! Haha! Loads of fun! The live actor was amazing! I didn’t want this game to end.

Was ein wunderschöner und liebevoll gestalteter Raum. Zurecht einer der top Räume in Deutschland. Selten so gelacht in einem Raum.

Mein 1/3 Räumen bei dream labs und für mich der Beste! Ich habe viel gelacht und mich gefühlt als ob ich mitten in einem Piraten 🏴‍☠️ Film stecken würde. Allein dafür hat sich der WE- Trip nach Bad Steben gelohnt!

This ist a very funny Pirate Dream. We had a great Game master and the setting is done beautifully . This is an adventurous dream not so much a Classic escape room where you have to solve one riddle after the next.

While i kind expected more it still was a great experience- just a little bit too easy , but beautifully crafted and 1 riddle that i have never seen before like that

The Tale of the Heartless Pirate by Dream Labs was the first game of the day and the seventh of our Bavarian Escape Tour, played with same team of 4. The experience was extraordinary from start to finish. The beginning was a bit confusing with two other teams arriving at the same time, but once the groups were sorted, we slowly got into the unique rhythm and immersive style Dream Labs was inviting us to. It’s hard to fully capture how impressively designed the environments and props were throughout. Everything felt alive and meticulously crafted, with a major story moment that completely blew us away, the highlight of the experience. Despite being two years old, the room felt absolutely fresh and well maintained. The puzzles were on the easier side, but so thematically aligned and smoothly integrated that it didn’t detract from the overall immersion. Highly recommended for players of all experience levels. Not surprised at all that it’s ranked in the Top 10 TERPECA 2024, it absolutely deserves it.

Hop in, dive down, become a pirate! The Dreampot takes you straight into a pirate adventure – full of humour, high-tech elements and great interaction with the actor. The gameplay flows smoothly and is especially fun with two or more players. An experience you definitely shouldn’t miss!

I’ve played quite a few escape rooms by now, but none has made me drift into another reality from the moment I entered the location quite like this one. I honestly wondered whether this was really an escape room or something more. The whole experience began the moment I stepped inside and kept me captivated until the very end. The live act was incredible and made me immerse even deeper into the world. Since we only stayed for one day, we asked if it might be possible to play Metropolis 2099 in the morning — and a staff member kindly opened the room just for us. We definitely have to come back to play Lost, the last room we haven’t experienced yet from this amazing provider.
