During a routine spell, the well-meaning (but slightly clumsy) wizard Verkiam made a magical miscalculation — and accidentally separated his spirit from his body! Now he’s floating around his tower, unable to fix the problem on his own. You and your team have been called in to help. Using clues scattered throughout the wizard’s workshop, you’ll need to uncover the ingredients, follow his notes, and recreate the potion that can make him whole again. Time is running out, and Verkiam's magic is starting to fade. Can you solve the puzzles and reverse the spell before it’s too late?

I would highly recommend this to others! The GM was perfect, the room well thought out and designed, and it was a very fun experience!

Flowed well and was very fun!

Everything was really well thought out, it smelled good, the design and props were impressive but also clever. And the effects were amazing and on point.

Alex was amazing and allowed us to progress without unnecessarily providing hints. He was funny, well spoken, and had an extreme passion for escape rooms and the community. In fact its credit to him for me knowing about this app!

I loved the room, the immersion, the GM. All of it. I would recommend it to all and I will. My group of friends and i are still talking about it an hour later. Alex our GM was fantastic and very enthusiastic.

Magical Miscalculation was a fantastic experience. Alex was an amazing GM who delivered perfectly timed nudges and kept the energy high. The puzzles were challenging without ever feeling impossible, and each solution felt genuinely satisfying. The decor and design were thoughtful and fun and not broken, and the witty voice acting added extra charm. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys clever puzzles and a well-crafted magical theme.

Our family really liked this room. We’ve done a lot of rooms and this was a fun take on one aspect of the boy who lived. We brute forced a couple clues otherwise you will need a good eye.

We absolutely loved this room! This is my second Harry Potter themed room and it was totally different than the first. Beautifully put together and the puzzles were fun. It felt very immersive and that we were part of the story the whole time. We will be doing the other rooms available at Curtain Calls as well! Can’t wait to try them all.

Absolutely loved the immersion of the room. Down to even including a smell to add to rhe immersion. The puzzles were wonderful and very intricate. You had to use multiple intuitions and different types of puzzles to figure out how to get out of the room. Absolutely immaculate.
