A fantastic group of team based activity rooms for you and some friends to tackle. Each experience only takes a minute or two to complete, and after that you're off to the next room! There are so many cool options, there will definitely be something for everyone here. Protip: go during the school day for quick access to the rooms, or early on the weekends. This place gets busy QUICK!

Was on vacation and loved the Natick location so much we carved out another full day for the providence location. Did all day passes. While I liked this location a lot I do think I like the Natick location more. The providence location has about 15-ish new games compared to their Natick location (and about 15 returning games from their other location.). Most of the new games are of a skill or communicative variety. Some of these being real winners. But others do fall flat in my opinion. Mainly due to them being just a little too hard or them not having enough time for you to complete them. I did run into some technical glitches here. Which ruined a few of our runs of certain games. I had to approach a staff member more than once to communicate with them that a certain game wasn’t working. A bummer really. That aside, I 100% recommend Level99 it’s a super cool experience. If you have the time to do both locations it’s well worth it!

So many fun and challenging games here. I thought it was a lot more bang for your buck versus a traditional escape room because you can replay challenges and choose what games you want to play. It was very physical but you can modify how hectic your experience is if you take longer breaks in between rooms. Some room’s tech didn’t work properly. but overall the experience is pretty advanced, slick, and snappy. 2 hours is adequate to experience a lot but if you wanted to have a leisurely experience or if you go during peak hours more time would help.

Really fun some rooms weren’t available at the time would avoid going on a Friday night as rooms took longer to enter & there was a lot of people. The food is very good & had a nice atmosphere

Not an escape room, more of a real life video game. There are similar type activities in the RI and MA area. Though Level 99 is the only one where the activities extend beyond the individual rooms to scavenger hunts and other art based puzzles all over the place. Everything allows you to earn stars and those will stick with you through multiple visitis. The food is over priced and not worth it, especially with a decent food court on the same floor (and nice restaurants outside the mall). Your time starts as soon as you pay (they give you a couple extra minutes to start) not when you all tap in for the first time, so don't pay early while waiting for your friends to finish setting up their accounts (the computers are very slow and it takes longer than you might thing your first time). The layout is rather confusing, and you will waste time looking for the next open room, with doors squeezed in to random places and easy to miss. You can customize your icons and name on touch screens but only while under paid time, and not in a room (often done while waiting for the next room, though you cant check in early or set up a proper line due to space and the system not being able to handle tracking multiple groups waiting). Expect multiple rooms to be closed (our group went shortly after opening, and even before you could pre-pay online) and several rooms which were open the day before were closed (likely due to damage or computer malfunction). There is a lot of automation and not a lot of people maintaining it so it isn't surprising, you can also expect things to not work perfectly and perhaps fail you on a room to a calibration issue. Over all it is a fun, exhausting, hectic, expensive, and frustrating experience. You will find yourself rushing from one room to the next, while then waiting for extended periods for it to be available. Some rooms take longer to complete than others, and some can't be failed accidentally leading to longer wait times. There are a good mix of physical and mental challenges, though many are not ADA compatible (one had a large step up we wasted most of our time getting one of our team members just into the room, a small step shouldn't have been a problem, especially since the room itself wasn't that physical). Some competitors start your time when the door closes, this starts are soon as the door opens so be sure to get your entire group into the room quickly.

So much to do here! Such a unique experience, but leave the kids home. For a mature crowd that won’t just be running around.
