A Knight to Escape

This room uses time waster puzzles to justify a 2 hour game that is really you sitting with nothing to do for half of it. Scenic is good, but nothing to write home about.

Group gets split. Personally I hate that.

Fantastic. Did this with 7 guys including myself for my bachelor party and was very fun. The dungeon side is very fun and very dark VERY dark. Courthouse seems more lighting and has more solutions or puzzles to do rather. It’s really fun

This was one of my least favorite rooms we’ve ever done. Our game guide was horrible and there was a clue that didn’t make sense so the guide had to spoon feed it to us. At the end of the game we pointed out that the clue was incorrect to the game guide and she tried to tell us that it was incorrect because the room was haunted. We posted a review about our experience on Google and the owner did attempt to rectify the situation which I appreciated. But for a longer room where I pay more than anywhere else to play I expect the best… unfortunately this just isn’t.

I love this place! All of their rooms are amazing

One of the most beautiful rooms I have played in with excellent theming and set design, however there are a couple of really tedious puzzles that bring it down.

Really big and busy room! Suggest minimum of 4

Verrryyy cool room! You are split from each other 75% of the game and must communicate well and worth with each other to get through it all and it is fascinating to see how everything ties in with each other as the game progresses. Unique puzzles, well themed, cool ideas, and you gotta use your noggin to get through it all. I also want to take a moment to appreciate the designer’s attention to detail with the authenticity from that era where they only had locks that required keys instead of the typical escape room that has letter locks and number locks. Very smart. Absolutely loved it, this is a winner! By the way, can we also appreciate the fact that it is a TWO HOUR escape room?! I really wish more were longer than an hour, I love how Escape Effect has rooms that last longer than an hour so you truly get to be immersed in the story and the puzzles/challenges!
