46 escape rooms
Even with some slight issues, I still recommend the room and the overall location. Customer service needs some improvement, and the GMs need more training, but the rooms are unique, the atmospere is amazing, and the puzzles are fun when they work properly. Worth it if you accept some flaws.
Gameplay
Gameplay was fun. Puzzles did have decent flow, but was interupted by mechanical failures and broken puzzle elements.
Atmosphere
Atmosphere was the best part. Scenery and props were a lot of fun.
Customer service
Staff was friendly but ignorant of game elements. GM clues were unhelpful, only repeating information we already knew, or telling us to solve a puzzle that was already solved. GM failed to inform us of the elements that were not working properly (a stuck door, keys that even the GM herself couldnt get to work in the lock) GM needed more training before running a room.

Was anything broken?
Yes
There was a door sruck, needed excessive force to open, after the code was entered. A lock that wouldnt unlock with the correct key, ecen the GM couldnt get it to work.t

Physically active
Somewhat
Some light climbing / standing on something. Some elements require more force than you would normally use. They tell you in the rules the normal "3 finger" rule, but multiple game elements require much more.
