This room has a fair amount of spooky elements to it but it’s not over the top. Our GM made the experience even better for us. Some of the puzzles were very unique compared to other rooms I’ve done before, but overall it was fairly easy room to get thru. Still would recommend to do maybe along with one other for a date night

Would recommend for beginners, as it was Not the most amazing room … the puzzles were pretty straightforward and our GM JOHN made the time sooo great, fully went above and beyond to make the time immersive

Like most Questroom escape rooms, you have to break the traditional rules of a normal escape room which is why this room may be a lot trickier than you think! We thought this game would be easy based on the reviews but it was surprisingly challenging mainly because we weren’t sure what rules we could break. There was only 2 of us playing. The game started off very “untraditional” which made us question “can we do this?” And this question carried throughout the room thereafter. Wouldn’t want to spoil anything but definitely think outside the box when you first begin.

This room was okay. We did this straight after project Minotaur so it was a bit anti climatic. I’d recommend doing all the other horror ones before doing project Minotaur so they don’t feel dull in comparison

I did not enjoy this room :( the initial setup was invigorating and exciting but that was pretty much where the fun ended for me. Almost of the puzzles were association/matching puzzles. It was a bit too easy for our group of 5, and we left feeling underwhelmed.
It was mostly matching puzzles: make this connection, put it here - unlocks another part of the room. Lead itself to being repetitive. One positive is all the inputs and outputs were built into the story (no traditional keys, lockboxes)

Being billed as a very scary room, I was underwhelmed.

We did this room a long time ago, so this element may have been adjusted. Our group got hung up at a particular “wheel” section. We knew not to try to force anything, so seeing that this prop didn’t budge we moved on and spent a significant amount searching for an alternative solution. After asking for a hint, we were told we had apply significantly more force to this prop, which I didn’t think we would have to do. I remember hearing “no more than two fingers of force” and needing to apply three entire arms of force. Kind of a bummer because we had already “solved” the puzzle.

I really enjoyed the practical elements of this room and how the puzzles were based in realism. We had a group of 5 and that was probably too many, we finished in 29 minutes and it didn’t seem like there was enough for 5 people to do. Would recommend 3, no more than 4.

good split start game that will make you think out the box. Recommend playing with 4 or less anything over that will be too much.

We had a good time but struggled to love this room. Some cool set dressing and puzzles but lacked wow factor for us

Really fun room! It was decently immersive, and the puzzles were fun. There are also some unique elements in the room that are cool. I recommend checking this room out.
Great set, definitely made me feel gross and yucky lol
Asher (Ash) was cool.

Want to say right off the bat that our group had an grand time and our “dungeon master” was incredible. I think their name was Danny, and let me just say that Danny needs to be a stand up comedian or comedy actor because that dude was pure gold. And was pretty patient with our group, as well as in character for the whole game. All that being said, I don’t think I’d really recommend this particular room unless you really, truly love dungeons! It’s not a bad room at all, I just think that if you want a more unique experience (especially for a steeper price point than other escape rooms) you should probably look at their other rooms! (Perhaps Red Giant?) For Bloody Elbow though, I was hoping from the website description that there’d be more witchcraft elements or a bit of a mystery for this room, but not really. Basically it’s what it says on the site, you’re locked in a dungeon & there you stay. Even the separate “components” (other doors than the main one) are dungeon based. I do have to say that it’s their “easiest” room and while we did escape we were certainly stumped quite a few times! We had some newer players in this group but I was happy we weren’t able to rush through it, and would be excited to try their harder escapes. I’d rate Bloody Elbow at a medium hardness. I’d also like to say that thankfully there wasn’t any crazy crawling or climbing features in the room, nor any “germaphobe” components (some reviews mentioned puzzles involving movement and ‘germaphobes beware’, so I was a little wary). The set is great for a dungeon, it feels and looks like a dungeon. I did think there were some cool puzzles, and I loved that it was linear and involved multiple components regularly. While I’d call it more thrilling than scary, I do think that it’s too scary for kids, as there’s dead body(ies) parts and fake blood. Teens and young adults will probably get a big kick out of it though. Like I said, I just wish there’d been something else involved in the story, but our group had a great time. And while now that I know the full experience and would recommend doing a different Quest Room over Bloody Elbow, I would like to say that we had a blast and I can’t wait to try something else from this company again! Thank you Quest Rooms!
Nothing really super mind blowing but still had fun
Solid if you love dungeons
Our DM killed it. All hail Danny.

Cramped spaces
Claustrophobic people DO NOT play this game, you WILL be confined to small spaces. Unfortunately not wheelchair friendly. Darkly lit throughout due to theme. Hearing cues were required for our group but we also needed a fair amount of clues.

We were called ahead so they could help us with parking! Excellent customer service!

I believe they have parking (we just did street parking cause we found that first)
