This room was really cool and had a lot of potential. Overall, the experience suffered and was frustrating because of lack of maintenance and repair in the room, and lack of staff initiated involvement to compensate for broken puzzles.

I loved the visuals, but this room was damaged. Exposed sharp staples, the hand puzzle broken, and some puzzles didn’t trigger without extra fiddling even after they were in place, likely from wear. Frustrating.

Thank you for the detailed feedback! We’re sorry the maintenance issues affected your experience. We inspect and service our rooms daily whenever we know there’s a problem. Unfortunately, some repairs can’t be done between games, especially on weekends. The hand puzzle is a good example. Repairing it requires opening the entire hand and resoldering the internal contacts, so that repair had to wait until Monday. One of the challenges is that we don’t always know something has started malfunctioning unless a team or our staff reports it, especially with intermittent issues. Could you please let us know which puzzle(s) had to be placed or adjusted multiple times before triggering? You can reply here or email me directly at [email protected]. I’d really like to identify exactly what happened so we can address it. Also, thank you for mentioning the exposed staples. That’s definitely something we’ll check and fix.
