We heard that this business is under new ownership and all their rooms will soon be closed or modified, so we came in to play them before that happens and while they are discounted 40% off for the month of September!
As noted by others, only do these rooms if you are ok with it being an immersive storytelling experience, rather than a traditional escape room. There are puzzles and things to figure out, but it is closer to a guided experience through a story.
That being said, this room was great! I quite enjoyed all the twists and turns you take through this room and the story that accompanies it. Lots of great surprises. The puzzles weren’t super challenging, but what they were able to accomplish with the room was pretty impressive. It definitely gave you the feel of being in a scary movie or a haunted house, which was pretty impressive. They succeed better in this way than most other scary escape rooms do.
If you hate being scared, then this may not be the room for you. But if you can handle some scary tropes, then I think this room is well worth doing for the novelty of the experience.

Lots of neat tricks in this room that make it more unique.
Particularly interesting or different
Yes
More story-focused than a normal escape room.
Any more than 2 would feel overly crowded.
There are definitely a few moments where they are trying to scare you.
Unfortunately we had a moment where a big event was supposed to happen and clearly something didn’t occur that was supposed to. We stood there confused for a minute and then we tried to talk to our GM, but they were away and not watching us in that moment. We tried waving our arms at the cameras and asking if things had gotten stuck but got no reply. So we stood there for a few minutes until they got back to us and apologized profusely and then fixed something in the room that hadn’t fired properly for us. It made a big key moment that we’d been building to kind of a letdown, unfortunately. But they did feel bad and apologized profusely.
