絶望要塞 - Impossible Games [Despair Fortress - Impossible Games]

A really cool concept, and it offers an English translation! However, one of the early puzzles was a word puzzle, and it didn't work well in English. It was translated directly, so each puzzle lost its meaning - any double meanings, rhymes, and colloquialisms were lost in the word for word translation. It made the puzzle impossible to do, and at the end when we figured out what the answers were supposed to be, we realized there was no possible way to come to those conclusions without having done it in Japanese. That said, we had a lot of fun with the other puzzles!

This is an attraction inside Fuji-Q Highlands and totally worth it. I wanted to go back and try it more than once but my friends had never been to Fuji-Q so we didn't have time. It consists in mini challenges which are quite hard and based on the score you advance or not.

Very fun experience in Fuji-Q! More of a challenge than an escape room. The game involves 5 stages of games, in which you have to pass all 5 stages in one go to succeed. Each stage includes various mini games and if you fail a stage, you’ll have to leave immediately. We are first timers and went in as a group of 2, the difficulty is adjusted to the number of players. We are average players making it to stage 2. In my opinion, I think it’s quite impossible to complete the game first try unless you’re an extraordinary genius! Mini games are super fun involving various elements like physical, searching, reaction time, common sense, etc. The venue is huge and cool looking. The game can take up a long time if you’re making it to higher stages so be sure to manage your time in Fuji-Q. Overall, it’s a very fun and different addition to all the exciting rides in Fuji-Q, providing you a very diverse experience with tons of mini games to try out! Definitely try it out if you have the time!

Designed as an expereinxe within Fuji-Q - it's a lot of fun and incredible difficult to solve on a first try. Very fun!
