I didnβt mind this room. I had to really use my head for one of the puzzles but other than that, it was definitely on the easier side. I think this is a good room for beginners (although the difficulty is 4/5).

A bit tricky for the first puzzle as you don't know where to start (amazingly thought out though) I liked the way the escape room is put. Everything relates to the theme.
Love the lights and the music.

We had high hopes for this room after so many stellar rooms from Padlockβd, however this room was subpar. This room had a unique theme and was ascetically pleasing with some cool technological puzzles. However it lacked any sense of a story line and there were several puzzles that needed additional signposting or pen and paper available to solve. As this room is located at their other venue it is very tiny, although the space was used relatively well. With proper signposting and working puzzles (there was a whole puzzle we didnβt get to interact with due to a breakage) I would say difficulty was more like a 2.5/5. Overall some room for improvement in this game. Weβd give it a 3/10.

A few things didnβt work. The game master had to push a button to open 1 thing then use a bolt cutter for something else because the padlock wouldnβt undo even though we had the right combination

Great new room, nice decoration. Struggled a bit to start with and make sense out of all the given items and clues, but once we got going and knew where to start it was pretty easy and pretty straightforward. Honestly, it could probably have a few more puzzles in there and a little bit more story, as it is more based on decoration and theme than anything else. But anyway, it is a nice room and a solid addition to Padlockdβs rooms :)

βThe Crystal Mineβ delivers one of Padlockβdβs best aesthetic designs to date. It features some enjoyable puzzles and props that mostly fit within the mining theme. A few puzzles and locks need signposting/adjusting to direct players and for clarity, but overall, a promising room with great visual immersion. Itβs certainly the highlight of the experience β great care went into decorating the space to offer a glimmering cavern. βThe Crystal Mineβ would be a good room for families, I look forward to seeing how the experience changes with time as more teams experience the game over the next few months.
There were a few enjoyable puzzles in the game. Cluing the initial puzzle would greatly benefit the flow, and one padlock would do well with clear paint/marking to show which side to input the code.
The aesthetics were the highlight, one of their best set designs to date! Nicely designed.
Adin was a great GM and knew a lot about escape rooms.

Have to be able to crouch/move through a small space. Iβm sure they would be able to offer alternate access.
