Not immersive, overall disappointing. Wr we’re excited to see a new theme but the room was underwhelming, puzzles were either too easy or completely nonsensical, and there is no music or sound effects until the last puzzle. After the unenthused intro from the “game master” she closed the door and we did not know when to start. Took multiple attempts to get hints and when we did get feedback it was irrelevant to what we were doing. I think there is one camera in the room so we had to (loudly) describe what we were looking at to get anything helpful. Game master was “shocked” to hear we did not enjoy our experience and insisted that it had tested well across the country. We looked up the company and the name of the room and they do not exist anywhere else….? Unsure where they tested this room but any escape room enthusiast would have at the very least insisted on some kind of sound effects and some sort of intro. I mentioned that it “wasn’t really immersive” and explained why I thought so. She said “it wasn’t immersive to you…”. All around bad experience especially for a fun unique theme. The last puzzle was fun!

one of the worst rooms we've ever done. cheaply made, filthy (dead roaches), everything was either extremely easy or impossible to solve. we were excited by the cute theme but once in the room, it was made with dollar store decor and zero effort. no music or sound, just awkward silence the whole game. only one camera in the entire room so when we did ask for a hint, they had no idea how to guide us (not to mention it took several minutes to even get a response). they clearly buy their google reviews/have friends leave reviews to cover the bad ones. just an awful, unprofessional experience.
