Pretty cool escape room with a strong ninja/japanese theme. Puzzles were challenging and got us thinking. We were curious about the physical aspect being very high and how that is incorporated. There is a big physical activity aspect especially at the end where I think we really should have had a 3rd person (we were a team of 2)! Still very doable with 2 and did have alot of fun either way

While Ninja offers an array of enjoyable moments that capture the mystique of the ninjas of legend, a few underdeveloped elements prevent the experience from fully realising its potential. The environmental design in the first room is strong, convincingly selling the Japanese theme and immersing players with care. The subsequent rooms, however, feel as though they may not have received the same level of attention. One is relatively sparse in its decoration, while another incorporates immersion-breaking technology to deliver a puzzle that, although thematically logical, feels somewhat at odds with the tone of a historical ninja epic. The emphasis on building towards a narrative climax is one of Ninjaβs standout strengths. That said, players who are less inclined towards storytelling in escape rooms may find the projections at the end slightly drawn out.

This room was well themed and definitely a physical room (not so great if you have had ACL reconstructive surgery π) but hella fun. I completed this along with my eleven year old and we really enjoyed ourselves. The puzzles were interactive and the use of projectors really complemented the room. Kids would love this room

There was a puzzle that was put in an unlocked draw so when we completed the puzzle that was supposed to unlock it from the locked drawer, we did have to ask the GM what to do next

Good game that matched the theme. Interactive and physical room. Would consider that 3 or 4 people are ideal number for the room.

Started off amazing but ended very overwhelmingly. Thereβs like a point where you just watch a really lame, dated and borderline racist 8 min unskippable cut scene which completely ruined the vibe

I believe this is the newest room for the venue and it was very cool aesthetically! Some puzzles weren't completely straight forward but are able to be figured out after some trial and error.

Ninja was a really unique experience! I did have my reservations beforehand believing it to be more suited to kids but the overall difficulty and physical elements included were a lot of fun and posed a great challenge. Starting off in a ramen shop was definitely a first for me with a lot of effort going into the set design, the space looked great. As expected there was plenty of physicality required throughout the room which mostly worked but sometimes didnβt, with one of the last puzzles probably needing a minimum of 3 players to complete. Ninja went surprisingly heavy on the story aspect which helped us keep a clear objective but probably overstayed its welcome when it came to the more βcinematicβ moments. Thatβs not to say others wouldnβt get really into it but I donβt think it was my favourite part of the room. Great fun all around and would be a blast with a group of friends!
