This room was amazing! The employees were very helpful and fun to talk to, and the experience was immersive from the moment we entered the lobby. The props were really well-made and the gameplay was engaging. I would highly recommend this room! Communication is a must, make sure you engage with your team.

Another great room from Paranoia Quest! This one is smaller than Diamond Quest, but fun just the same! The prison is detailed and immersive. The GM/owner was very nice and we stayed to chat with him for awhile after. We can’t wait for Ghost Recon and the other ones coming in the future.

Ambulatory wheelchair or mobility aid users will have no issues. A fully bound wheelchair user would need staff assistance but they would be able to accommodate you easily! Nick came and spoke with my wife who is an ambulatory wheelchair user to see how they could work with her.

Heard about Paranoia Quests new escape room they were opening in Phoenix from the enthusiasts page. We love the ones we have played in Atlanta and happened to be in the area so we made the trip. Their new concept is so cool, the front lobby channels the 90s nostalgia of the old Blockbuster or Hollywood Video stores from the past. From the second you step inside you are part of a story. I don't want to give anything away so you can experience it for yourself but what they did and how they created an immersive storyline that ties in their escape rooms is top notch. Escape Plan Lights Out is their smallest room but has high quality scenery, ambience and special fx. There are unique fun puzzles that make sense and a few multi layer puzzles that require the group to work together. The room has the perfect mix of tech and normal locks befitting of the theme, which was appreciated. We had a fun time in this one and highly recommend it, a great starting room at this location!
This had. A nice mix of linear and semi linear puzzles. We felt midway in we could divide and conquer. Story also stayed true to their intro and reason we were in the escape room..
They really did a good job with the space, it's their smallest room but they made it fill big and at no point did we feel we weren't in a prison.
Customer service and staff interaction is top of its class here! One of the best wr have experienced.
Yes
As a prison game it was as expected but in the context of their immersive storyline and why we were in there 100% interesting and unique.
I would say they did very well with the plot, their is a trailer before hand that is played via the speakers in the context of their immersive theme. Made sense and the set matched where they wanted us to believe we were.
Medium
Honestly, it wasn't hard bit it wasn't easy. It was exactly as advertised and we were ok with that.
Mechanical
I'll say mechanical simply due to the theme, there was tech in all the places that made sense and mechanical tangible items in all the areas that made sense so it was good balance.

I would say 4 to 8 would be doable here.
Spooky
Ambience and set design set the mood very nicely in this game, for the younger kids they would definetly consider it spooky but not scary at all.

This experience is by far one of the best escape experiences we have had. From entering to exiting was a great experience. The room was set up well and puzzles were on point. We definitely will be coming back for the other rooms!
