7 escape rooms
I arrived at opening to ask if I could play the room alone (provided I bought the minimum 2 tickets) and the staff was incredibly accommodating; they let me know that there were a lot of things to find in the room and that it could be difficult for one person, but it wasn't impossible. I came back later and the staff member remembered me and was excited to run the room. There was a great mix between interactive and lock-style mechanisms, and though there were a few tricky moments where the specificity of how to solve something (ex. I put an object facing the wrong direction) wasn't immediately intuitive, the GM helped to identify and work through those moments with clues that were helpful but not too obvious/intrusive. It was a great experience overall.

Customer service
Staffing (specifically Garry) was fantastic. I arrived at opening to ask if I could play the room alone (provided I bought the minimum 2 tickets) and was told yes and advised about how that would make the room more difficult. I came back later and he remembered me and was excited to run the room. He provided excellent and helpful hints through a few tricky moments, all very well timed. This was easily one of the best experiences with escape room staff I have had.
Story
Difficulty
Medium
Hard as a solo player, but it'd probably be medium as a team of two or more. Some of the difficulty came more from the process of physically solving a puzzle (ex. I know what to do, I'm just having trouble actually doing it) rather than needing to think through something more thoroughly.

Mechanical
Ideal number of players
4
2-4, depending on how collaborative and/or experienced the group is. Room can also be played solo if booking 2 tickets, but it is more difficult.
Scary
Not scary
Minimum age
13
I don't think it's inappropriate for young audiences, but I do think some of the puzzles could get frustrating for small children.
Live actors
No
Physically active
Somewhat
Physical activity optional. I elected to run/jog between rooms to save time (because I needed it), but this is not necessarily required.
Easy to find location
