2 escape rooms
I’m always looking for unique experiences in Los Angeles and this one did not disappointed. I read about this place in the book chopshop years ago but to visit and experience it myself is insane. I first took the tour to see the real locations like the embalming room and freezer room and to hear about the crime once more. Afterwards I did the escape room and it added a whole other layer of intrigue. It’s 3 rooms and with a live actor as the morticians assistant but only for clues. I really felt like I was back in the 80’s attending a funeral here only to find out I must escape and go through the morticians items. I don’t want to spoil too much more but amazing job. This experience is created by 2 women who have an eye for puzzles, story telling and design. Thank you for the experience! If there is a level 2, I’ll be back!
The puzzle were unique and were well incorporated into the storyline
Unique experience, rare to find an escape room at the actual location of the crime based on that crime. Highly suggest taking the tour before because it gives context to the game and makes the location even more special!
As I understood this place is started by 2 women recently. They are very welcoming
