The first escape room we played at Jikai. There's no point in ringing the bell before your scheduled time. You'll be allowed in at that exact time. Forget the traditional escape room intro you usually get in Lisbon—it's done differently here, and without spoiling anything, we thought it was really cool. As for the escape room itself, we really enjoyed doing it, and it was a pleasant surprise since the reviews were so mixed and we didn't know what to expect. At the end, we found out they had upgraded the room after it opened and changed its name. The room keeps a constant tension in the air as you progress, and the lighting plays a big part in creating that atmosphere. There were moments that surprised us, including a super fun one where we had to go into hunter mode 🔫. The way some of the puzzles are solved is quite unique, leaving us with a classic "Ah, okay, so that's what it is!" 😯 moment. It features a few puzzles that require deeper thinking and some experience. Overall, we found it to be a very complete and really cool room to do. In the end, we managed to rescue the investigator with a time that landed us in the Top 3 🧠.

Amazing room overall! Had already done Mr Fang’s cabinet and loved it and once again Jikai did not disappoint! Once again, one of the most remarkable aspects is definitely the decoration of the room. Amazing from beginning to end. The puzzles are particularly easy but still fun! The appearances of the actors can make you a little uncertain and can turn the ambience a little scary, but that makes the room even cooler! So creative and worth it.

Beautiful rooms. Interesting and very funny(!) puzzles. More light would be helpful in some places.

Today we went to play Jikai’s “8-Legged Ritual” room and really enjoyed it; we thought the game was challenging but fun. Although the space is supposed to be spooky, it’s well-decorated and beautiful. Some of the puzzles were very original.

An immersive experience from the moment you step inside. The atmosphere was excelent, with very low lighting and a few portable candles. There was a great level of detail to every room and enough space for 3 people to move around. There were also small interactions that made for a more immersive game, which is something you don't see in Portuguese rooms very often. Highly recommend, although it may be a bit hard for beginners.

Really nice experience. It was my first time doing an escape room and I loved it. I’m going to repeat for sure!!

Was amazing, Sérgio e Nelson are amazing people and really make the experience special. Jikai has some of the best escape rooms ive done, advise it to everybody!!!!

Really engaging puzzles, really wacky in a fun way as well, atmosphere was awesome and the setup was great
