Thomas Edison’s Secret Laboratory

Lots of fun all the way around. Nice immersive theming with lots of hidden nods to history. Well maintained with super friendly staff.

Ive been doing escape rooms with my family for a decade or so and this was the nost fun. Puzzles come at a good pace, there's a lot to do at once, and everything was clever without being obscure. This was a great time!

Super fun room didn’t think we would like it as much as we did!

Ultimate Xscapes builds their own custom rooms and I greatly respect them for that. You can sense the love and pride they have for their rooms. Edison’s secret laboratory is no exception. Of the two rooms (Dragon’s Castle and this one) I found this one to be a more comprehensive and overall stronger/better room. Puzzles for the most part flowed well together and by the end of the room, you felt satisfied that you played a quality room. We actually went over a few minutes but the owner Kimberly was kind to allow us to play through the end.

They really embraced the aesthetic and technology of an “Edison Era.” The attention to detail in the set was really cool. What shined in the room was the timely and creative puzzles that our group really loved solving. There were a lot of really satisfying solutions that provided a good challenge. This is the kind of room you would want 3-4 players in given one of the puzzles and the amount you can do and discover at once.

The environment of this room is lovely and the puzzles theme with it nicely. It's a really fun experience and a beginner friendly room. I highly recommend it! Just make sure you have 3 to 4 players, or.you can't beat it.
