The mountain needs you. Alice needs you. In 1957 renowned conservationist Alice Ivy and her team ventured deep into the wilds searching for an energy source so powerful — it could change the world. She never came back. What if my grand-mother is still alive?... “I know it might sound crazy, but that’s why I need your help. All I’m asking is that you hear me out.” Like nothing you’ve experienced before. Be the hero in your own live-action, puzzle adventure. Journey deep into the unknown and work together to uncover the secrets of the mountain!

Truly awesome experience!! The best sets I’ve seen in any escape room, really theme park level theming. Very interactive and unique, with slightly more abstract puzzles than most rooms (no locks or anything like that). Highly recommend!

Heart (and Art) of the Mountain: An experience with incredible set design. It's as if the mountain itself has a heartbeat fueled by the passion and imagination of the development team, and suitable for both beginners and enthusiasts alike. Definitely keen to see what they have next in store.

Heart of the Mountain is an adventure room with problem solving challenges. It's a story heavy cinematic adventure styled as a love letter to the likes of Indiana Jones and Tomb Raider. With gorgeous large scale sets and a beautiful lighting and sound package, you feel like you have stepped onto a movie set. This is not an escape room but it's a wonderful adjacent experience and very accessible for newcomers to the hobby. Highly recommended this experience, our host, Steven, was fantastic.

I have done 50+ escape rooms and this was one of if not the best. Not like normal escape rooms. But was very very fun

The best “Escape room” I’ve done. So different and a great experience. We had both escape room fanatics and first timers in our group, it was a hit for everyone. Give it a go, you’ll love it.

That was the best thing I’ve done.
So immersive, crazy.
Great staff. Very friendly.
Love the story driven experience.

Not a fan of this one. The atmosphere and the props etc were all amazing but there wasn’t much gameplay. Throughout the whole thing there are two voices that are talking to each other and by listening to them you work out what you have to do. But there’s no room for figuring things out or solving a puzzle. It’s just going through the motions after listening to the voices.
It didn’t flow very well. Lots of waiting for directions from the story voiceovers. Or waiting for things to happen.
The design, the props, the puzzles were all amazing.

They’ll tell you it’s not an escape room, it’s an experience. But in order to move through it you have to do things that open the next door. There are no padlocks. There’s nothing to really figure out. You just have to listen to the voiceover story tell you what to do.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts — we really appreciate you visiting the mountain and leaving a review. Your team took around 80 minutes to complete the adventure (a little longer than our usual 70-minute experience). We allow that extra time for groups who like to take things at their own pace, and in those cases, our game sometimes provides a few more voice prompts to help the story move forward. Heart of the Mountain is designed as a cinematic adventure experience rather than a traditional escape room. We completely understand that some players come expecting more sign-posted puzzles, locks, or codes, but our approach is closer to a real-life adventure video game — inspired by Tomb Raider and Uncharted. The puzzles are woven into the environment and story itself, encouraging teamwork, observation, and creative thinking. Many can be solved without any help or voice prompts at all. The experience also includes theatrical moments where the rooms react dynamically to your actions, allowing players to fully take in the scale and spectacle of the set pieces. Some teams move through with little assistance, while others take their time — and both are totally fine. We’re so glad you enjoyed the atmosphere and set design, and we truly value your feedback — it helps us keep refining the adventure for every kind of explorer.

Fantastic experience. Really beautifully built and great layout, and one of the best we’ve done to date. We enjoyed the puzzles immensely, and found it fascinating to complete with some of the mechanics which were very well thought out. It was not dark for those who are uncomfortable with that or too tight a space for our friend who gets a bit claustrophobic. Well designed and maintained, and the team have plans to continue building / improving.

Absolutely fantastic experience. So incredibly immersive and I have never experienced such a well done atmosphere and storyline in this sort of experience. Highly recommend!!
Love the story based gameplay adventure. Truly like stepping into a movie or a video game. The puzzles required you to really look at the room around you.
The most immersive set and experience. So unique. Truly the rooms and mechanics are out of this world!
