The Redacted Agency will task the recruits with a heist to recover a massive diamond on display at the most notorious master thief’s highly secured lair. As recruits, we will provide you with all the various heisting gadgets required to infiltrate and deactivate any security layers throughout the room.

I loved EVERYTHING about this game. You start with tools that will be useful in a Heist. That's such a simple idea, but so very immersive. It had fantastic attention to detail. The sets were so well done. There were straightforward puzzles, and others that required like 3 layers of work to solve. I'm so glad we discovered this new gem. Most of the best rooms (out of 87) I've done are in Orlando, where former Disney and Universal employees create rooms with theme park attention to detail. This room joins them. They have a customer for life as long as they continue to make new rooms. I just need to get a few more rooms under my belt before I could nominate and vote for them in TERPECA.

Highly recommend. You can see how much of a passion project the room is. For their first room they knocked it out of the park.
Gameplay
Props given at the beginning are very fitting to the room. They make the gameplay fit in with the atmosphere.

Great design. The room flows pretty well and includes new puzzles I haven’t seen yet.

The game master treated us amazing. If you are a fan of dogs, there is a very cute dog waiting to greet you if interested. The owners talked us through it after. Great experience.

Fantastic room, easily one of the best in Milwaukee - the puzzles in particular. Everything worked and flowed perfectly, with a few delightful moments. Extremely fun time, great service, highly recommended!

Spectacular experience! Fun, unique, and engaging from the first moment. I loved the whole time being in there, and it creates many moments of fun physicality along with tricky but comprehensible puzzles. The owners (and Macaroon) were helpful, cheerful, and made the whole time a delight.

I am so impressed with the attention to detail, the set design, and variety of puzzles in Havoc Heist. This is an incredibly well thought out game. It ranks as one of my all-time favorites. If Redacted builds the rest of their rooms with the same thought and intention as this one, it will without a doubt become an escape room destination. Very very impressive!
